As a frequent traveler, it should be fair to say that I don't need to think of staying in another hotel next time I visit Guangzhou: I was fully recognized as a SPG member with fast check-in and a great, spacious room, staff were highly friendly and engaging to help, breakfast buffet was satisfactory with both Chinese/Korean as well as Western items, coffee was fresh and nice, and everything I had was worth the money I paid, including a comfy, long sleep with a great view of developing Guangzhou.. Proximity to nearby MTR with a 10-min walk was just one more plus for me!

The staffs are very friendly but this is one of those times that being nice just does not cut it.
My shower does not drain and I reported the first day. When i came back the second day, I was told it had been fixed. Oh, no. Both days, I had water almost up to my ankle when showering.
The room is nice and all, but the cleanliness of the needs to improve as well.
You can tell the staff are very inexperienced, fresh out of the colleague.
I am going to stay at the resort in Huadu today. I heard it is the same management team. I hope there will be a difference.

I had the pressure staying in this hotel on two different occasions within 3 days. We arrived late in the hotel the first night, upon check in, Jimmy was very kind to upgrade my business guest to a suite knowing I made the mistake of booking a double beds room. He was very helpful and provided great suggestion. I was able to take my guest to a local restaurant at 12:30 am.
My next stay was the day after my check out. Again, we arrived the hotel past normal dinner time. Hotel manager Ted was on site and provided great service. Knowing my business guest is a foreigner and I am not familiar with Guangzhou, he gave us great insight of the city and made excellent recommendations.
Since my client flight was 10:00 pm the next evening, during our late check out, Ted made arrangement for my guest to enjoy the pool and hotel facilities until 7:00 pm and helped to arranged transportation for a seamless travel.
I did my share of travelling, Four points is a great hotel, fairly new and well maintained. The key is their staffs. Very kind and very efficient. I will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again.

The facility is well kept and maintained. Its an excellent facility for a four point category hotel. the bed is comfortable, a lot of international TV programs to choose from. Wifi in the room is a bit slow, and I often have to reboot. the location is a bit remote, and the hotel is located in a residential area. However, within 5 min. walking distance, you will find many small and inexpensive neighborhood restaurants. And within 15-20 RMB taxi ride, there are many food choices in the nearby areas. its about a 30 RMB taxi ride to the Exhibition Center. for a first time visitor to Guangzhou, this hotel is a bit remote. But, for those visiting factories nearby, this is a very comfortable and modern facility. Good value for the money.

I stayed at this hotel years ago when it first opened and it has done very well over the years.
Compared to other Fourpoints by Sheraton, this Fourpoints by KWG is really right up there and I am talking about globally. I confess that I am on a first-name basis with many of the staff there and they are wonderful.
As such, it is really a home-away-from-home.
By the way, I like the lychees in the room.

My first time staying in this hotel and i am very happy with it. i got upgraded to a big suite, which has a nice view. The quality of the breakfast is also very good, so overall it is a good hotel.
However not all taxi drivers know the hotel so you need to be prepared with additional directions needed to go to this hotel.

This was my first stay at this my hotel.
The staff was so kind and I feel very comfortable because they can speak English very good.
The Room was perfect for me and I stayed like home. Specially thanks of this part.
The morning breakfast area is located at 1st floor, the eatery, and the staff was also kind.
The food was tasty, just one thing of comment, it might be wonderful if the menus can change more frequently.
Once again, thanks for everything during this stay.
I will come back here again as soon as possible I can.
