Rated 1 out of 5 by Awful hotel experience This hotel stay was by far the worst my family has ever had. First off at the room rate per night night when the economy is very slow was ridiculous in itself. On top of that we did not get continental breakfast with our stay, which blows my mind with the price of the hotel. Secondly the hotel manager was so unprofessional and inapropiate! We had a hockey team there and the first night a few of us responsible parents were visiting outside our rooms( take not this was the 3rd floor, end of hallway) and we were told we were too loud(which we weren't) at 9pm. Quiet time is 11pm-6am. The next day the boys were all playing mini sticks in the hallway and she was yelling and screaming at them, ended up shoving one of the kids, and scarring the rest! She took the soft ball away from the 2 boys that were playing in the hallway and when she was confronted by a mom she gave her completely inappropriate attitude. When asked why she didn't come tell a parent she proclaimed she didn't know where we were(while our hotel room door was held wide open by a hockey bag) I have never seen such an awful manager for a hotel ever. If she had a problem with our boys playing and being loud(which they weren't being abnormally loud) she should have been a professional business woman and found the parents and spoke to us, not yell and scream and shove a kid! This hotel has just lost ALOT of business from our city/area. March 7, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by One overnight Not a lot to comment on as I checked in after dinner and left first thing in the morning. Room was clean and appointed well. The shower floor did not appear to be affixed solidly to the floor as it made creaking noises each time I stepped. Closet armoire was not set up very efficiently. The clothes rack should face left to right not front to back. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. November 10, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Not to the standard set by Sheraton We started off well! Staff greeted us cheerfully and we checked in a reasonable amount of time. After that the wheels on the bus fell off. Got to our room to find out it had not been cleaned. We went back to the desk and explained the situation. I also asked if a room upgrade would have been available or if something else could be done for our inconvenience. No room upgrades, and we were downgraded! No king bed rooms available, although later I could still book one on their web site. Room itself was clean, but lights did not work. Housekeeping standards seem a little lax! Later we went out, returned and our key did not work. Back to the front desk, where I was basically accused by the two staff members of causing the problem! Never have I had that at a hotel. My cell phone caused It and I should make sure I keep the card away from my cell phone. It may be true, but there are ways to present it without accusing. I never had the key close to my cell phone, it was in other pocket. Overall very disappointed, a small gesture of customer service would have helped, and cost very little, but not this place! Rated 2 out of 5 by should have drove all the way home Beds are terrible and pillows too soft. For 170 a night you would think for sure you wouldn't have hair in the sink or shower. Clean it up. June 23, 2015
