Rated 5 out of 5 by THE place to stay in Lagos Now I stay in Hotels over 150 nights a year. (Flight Attendant) Most hotels in Nigeria are certainly not up to U.S. standards. This place is so much better than the other hotels in Lagos. Several of the Oil buisness men told us that this hotel was the place to stay too. The restaurants are good and the staff is nice. I dreaded going to Lagos because the layover hotels were inadequate. FINALLY I can enjoy a quiet, clean and confortable hotel in Lagos. I heard that it is safer near the hotel than most of the rest of the country. But that has not been tested. May 2, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not as good as the previous stay When I previously stayed at the hotel, I was quite pleased. However, on my recent trip, I was less impressed. The staff were not as attentive as before, there were long queues every time I tried to use the reception. The engineering works in the hotel meant I was kept awake most mornings, i complained but nothing was done in time. I also had a few of the engineers seeing me naked in my room. In conclusion, my 17 days in the hotel was not an experience I would like to repeat. I also believe potential guests should be notified of the engineering works before they decide to make reservations. December 11, 2012

Im a regular international traveller and that means im pretty qualified to comment on hotels in the REAL sense and not like some "hotel inspector"!I have made the Four points in Lagos my DESTINATION hotel because of a combination of its proximity to the heart of corporate Lagos,the friendliness of the staff and the facilities.By local/regional standards this would qualify as a FIVE STAR hotel!The semi indoor pool,spa and the rooftop bar are my favourites!The only drawback for me is the lack of a dedicated business centre.Im told its in the works though!Thumbs up! Rated 3 out of 5 by insufficient quality overall A brand is a promise and this location doesn't live up to the Sheraton quality promise. Inefficient check-in, check-out. Tired facilities (for example, lobby A/C not working for more than 24 hours). The staff are friendly, attentive but don't seem skilled. The worst aspect for me is the horrible food. It's not easy to move around Lagos so the hotel needs to be a kind of oasis. It failed in this respect. December 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by may 2014 changes noticed I have stayed at the hotel many times and had noiced slight improvements, this time was a major improvement. From the complimentary snacks every evening, the new softer pillows in the bed, the new room service menu (and very quick response time) as usual the staff are friendly and seem to really enjoy there job, be it security, cleaning or behind the desk...great gym and pool The bar area was set up for hte world cup and created a wonderful friendly feeling, and the atmosphere was superb... Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel truly has fabulous features! I have to say, that this hotel is one of the most comfortable hotels that anyone could stay in. I found it to be very clean and tidy, perfectly, comfortably furnished with easy access to a Fitness Centre, Spa and Pool. Also, the entire staff were very friendly, eager to help and extremely informative on the available services on offer. I was thoroughly impressed by the standard of service I received during my 2day stay at this hotel and I plan to visit more frequently. October 5, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs work I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm and had to wait thirty minutes because my room was not ready; this was upsetting since I had been traveling for 24 hours and was very tired. When I got in my room, the floors were wet from being mopped and the room was very musty. The mustiness lasted my entire stay of five days. Power to the hotel went off several times per day, which made showering and eating difficult when it happened during those activities. December 10, 2012
