Loved the Staff, was greeted by sweet Luciana who always had a big smile on her face and lovely disposition. Asked for extra conditioner and it came within ten minutes to my room, wonderful. The entire staff could not have been nicer, my room was clean and lovely and the kids loved the pool, go enjoy yourself here!!!

The best of all worlds...located in Philadelphia with FREE parking! Accessible to shopping, entertainment and area attractions like New Hope and Historic sites in Center City. The hotel is very comfortable and cozy amd it is also pet friendly which is GREAT! I love to travel with my dog. All in all a great stay.

This hotel met all my needs however there's room for improvement. My room was located near a high traffic area (near a ice machine)
I called guest service requesting a different room and they told me they will look into it and never contacted me.
There was several hairs on my towel and also on the bed.

The hotel staff remembered my name the next day when walking by. They are very friendly and seem to cater to a group of regulars, which is a good sign that people return.
I was given a great suite as a Platinum and enjoyed the food in the hotel as well. Great location if you need to be North of Philly.

The facilities in this hotel made the stay pleasant. However it was the staff that made it stand out. From the front desk, the dining room, the cleaning staff, the shuttle drivers - all were exceptionally friendly & accommodating. Their concern for my comfort made my stay a very positive experience.

The hotel was on par for what I expect for a four points. The facilities were clean and in good repair and the room was very comfortable. The only comment I would make is the air conditioning is pretty loud.

The room was filthy, old and worn with outdated furniture, in some cases broken Items were stained and in despair. I would not recommend staying here.

We stay at the hotel each year during our visit to Sesame Place. We had one major problem and the hotel fixed it by giving us a free stay. My kids love this hotel! Comfort and Clean!

Hotel overall was ok. The staff was friendly, and the rooms are nicely renovated. The setup is great for someone on a business trip. One thing that needs to be fixed are the potholes in the parking lot. Also, the pool was very small and overcrowded fast. Was not able to enjoy it.

Was very eager to see inside the hotel. immediate lobby area is nice and clean, room was average...neat and clean, what you'd expect. Staff were nice, room average but too pricey for average accommodations. Was impressed with SPG Member gift bag and complimentary water, Thanks!

Have been staying with "4 Points" since November 2013… ALWAYS excellent…from the first "hello" and smile… to the last "bye" and "See you next time!" LOVE our "4 Points" and everyone there. See you again in 2 weeks!

I spent one night on a quick turnaround business trip. The bartender was very friendly and the Philly Cheesesteak was fantastic.
Everything went very smoothly, everyone was very friendly, and overall it was a great value.
Just what a frequent business traveler wants!

Front desk help was amazing, very friendly and helpful! I'm still full, days later, from the fabulous breakfast. The GM of hotel introduced himself to patrons and really did a fabulous job of keeping on top of employees, making sure everyone had what they needed.

I have stayed at this hotel a few other times in the past with my last stay being a few years ago before this trip. While my room was clean and comfortable I really feel that the rooms need an upgrade in curtains and linens.

the hanging space for clothes was extremely limited and also inconvenient in that hangers were arranged front to back instead of side to side. this configuration required that you had to take all clothes out in order to reach ones in the back. very odd.

Maybe they're still transitioning to convert this old hotel to a newer looking or more trendy place to stay. The heater/cooling system needs to get an upgrade, as well as the thermostat setting for the hot water. I was unfortunately disappointed.

My son was running in this year's Philadelphia Marathon. Stayed at Four Points in the NE before heading downtown. Stay here every time I am in the NE. Good location and great staff. Rooms are comfortable. Will be staying again for New Years Eve.

Very Courteous Staff. Everyone attended to our made our stay comfortable. .We've been here two times and it was easy for me to tend to my children and take my Dad to his treatments. Close to the CTCA , restaurants and shopping.

Extrementl slow and can;t handle large crowds. Staff appeared to be unqualified to attend to more than one thing at a time.
Also had an issue with the cleanig of bathroom. Shower curtain had blood on it and tub had hair.

This hotel was very nice and comfy. My kids had a great time in the pool. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing is no continental breakfast :( but other than that it was great and I would recommended it!!!

I have stayed here 3 times and this will probably be the last time. Each time the quality of the room has gone down.
This time there was NO SOAP at the bathroom sink.

Room 532 had a loud buzzing noise from outside. Suspect it was the bathroom ventilation system. Moved room and no noise.

Dee, the bartender, was great! She made everyone feel very comfortable and her service was great. I couldn't help but notice that patrons frequented the bar, because of her.
