Rated 3 out of 5 by Great overall, but needs some repairs Great room size, comfy bed, friendly staff... but huge cracks in the ceiling (of room 435) and mold in the shower. The mold really bothered me and changed my view of the hotel overall... If I see mold, I immediately assume they aren't paying attention to detail and maintaining their property with care. If it wasn't for that, I'd have nothing but good to say. (The room was otherwise clean) July 25, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel! Even though we only stayed one night, we enjoyed our stay. We took the early Breakfast buffet and it was very good. The ONLY thing that management should keep an eye on is how the furniture is aging with the years. Design is good, but the hinges, finishes and overall aging does not do justice to the hotel. As an aside, a quiet AC unit would be greatly appreciated. July 18, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Surprised I reserved at this hotel because of the Sheraton name. Upon arrival the staff was amazing, very friendly & curtious. The check in proccess was very quick and hassle free. The lobby and reception area were clean and incluttered. My room was on the third floor, room 329. The hallway carpet is very dirty and stained. There is an odor in the air of cigarette smoke as if people smoke in their rooms regardless of the fact that this is a non smoking property. The room neat, however it was not clean as expected. The carpet is rough and sticky. It seems very old and not well maintained. The grout in the bathtub is yellow and the edges discolored. The informational flyers in the room are stained and seemed used by previous guests. I guess I had high expectations on this property and was surprised to find these simple things out of order. Really a shame, since the location is so ideal. Did not use the pool or restaurant since I was a bit disgusted. June 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wedding We booked 2 rooms this past weekend for my daughters wedding. My sisters and I stayed in one room and the bridal party stayed in the other room. Everybody was so nice and very helpful. They even offered for us to have connecting rooms. They accomidated all our needs and we had a great time. Thank you again for helping us with an amazing weekend. November 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Hotel As an employee at a Sheraton property many people told me, this was not a good hotel. Well this hotel was great and so was the staff. They welcomed me everytime coming in and leaving out. Front desk was very helpful and housemen as well and acted quickly to my request. I would tell my friends and family to stay there if in the area. Thank you September 19, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good Hotel Overall This hotel met all my needs however there's room for improvement. My room was located near a high traffic area (near a ice machine) I called guest service requesting a different room and they told me they will look into it and never contacted me. There was several hairs on my towel and also on the bed. February 24, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by One night stay I was very disappointed. The washroom was not very clean, especially the floor. Towels were kept in plastic bins on the bottom of an open wood structure that supported the sink- very close to the floor. I was not even comfortable showering with those towels. We were only there one night but I wouldn't choose to stay there again. August 17, 2012

BESIDE OUR BATHROOM HAVING A LOOSE FAUCET; AND THE PARKING LOT BEING BLOCKED BY AN AT&T TRUCK WITH A TRAILER; THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS WE HAD TO TAKE THE HEADBOARD OFF OF THE WALL SO WE COULD PLUG IN MY HUSBAND'S C-PAP MACHINE. YOU WOULD THINK THAT A NICE HOTEL WOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR GUESTS TO PLUG IN NECESSARY MEDICAL ITEMS. November 21, 2012

Asked for extra conditioner and it came within ten minutes to my room, wonderful. The entire staff could not have been nicer, my room was clean and lovely and the kids loved the pool, go enjoy yourself here!!! August 23, 2012

Accessible to shopping, entertainment and area attractions like New Hope and Historic sites in Center City. The hotel is very comfortable and cozy amd it is also pet friendly which is GREAT! I love to travel with my dog. All in all a great stay. September 13, 2012

They are very friendly and seem to cater to a group of regulars, which is a good sign that people return. I was given a great suite as a Platinum and enjoyed the food in the hotel as well. Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has a friendly, well trained staff. The facilities in this hotel made the stay pleasant. However it was the staff that made it stand out. From the front desk, the dining room, the cleaning staff, the shuttle drivers - all were exceptionally friendly & accommodating. Their concern for my comfort made my stay a very positive experience. Rated 3 out of 5 Decent Hotel Hotel overall was ok. The staff was friendly, and the rooms are nicely renovated. The setup is great for someone on a business trip. One thing that needs to be fixed are the potholes in the parking lot. Also, the pool was very small and overcrowded fast. Was not able to enjoy it. May 30, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Check in/Out Extrementl slow and can;t handle large crowds. Staff appeared to be unqualified to attend to more than one thing at a time. Also had an issue with the cleanig of bathroom. Shower curtain had blood on it and tub had hair. February 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by inconvenient closet configuration the hanging space for clothes was extremely limited and also inconvenient in that hangers were arranged front to back instead of side to side. this configuration required that you had to take all clothes out in order to reach ones in the back. very odd. Rated 3 out of 5 by Upgrade needed Maybe they're still transitioning to convert this old hotel to a newer looking or more trendy place to stay. The heater/cooling system needs to get an upgrade, as well as the thermostat setting for the hot water. I was unfortunately disappointed. October 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Quick Stay for Philadelphia Marathon My son was running in this year's Philadelphia Marathon. Stayed at Four Points in the NE before heading downtown. Stay here every time I am in the NE. Good location and great staff. Rooms are comfortable. Will be staying again for New Years Eve. November 20, 2012
