I stayed at the Four Points Quail Springs recently. There is so much about this hotel I like, the beds are amazing, the staff is so accomidating. The things I think could use some help. The food is marginal and the bathroom fixtures are impossible to adjust. You can get plenty of hot water, but cannot adjust the volume especially in the sink.

I was looking forward to a nicer hotel than what I found. The pool was absolutely freezing, there was no hot tub, breakfast was not complementary as indicated on Priceline, the room was tiny and full of furniture with little room to move, the walls are very thin making the night long being able to hear everyone in the halls and the people on either side, the towels were worn, small, and threadbare, the furniture was beat up with scratches, dings, and chipped paint, there was visible drywall repair. On the plus side, the bed was cozy (although the sheets were very stiff), the bathroom was fun with a good shower (although, again, very small and crowded). The breakfast was tasty. Staff was very friendly. I won't be staying here again, though. There are much nicer hotels in the area to choose from.

This is the first time we stayed at the 4 points Sheraton. The room was comfortable and very clean. The front desk person was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in the Okc area.

I was surprised that you only had the little coffee creamers (same ones in the room) at the morning breakfast bar and in the coffee set-up in the lobby. Those are 2 places where you should have pitchers of half and half, 2% milk, etc.

We chose this hotel primarily because there was a king suite with a spa tub. Although the room itself was a tiny bit smaller than expected, the bathroom and tub was all we could have wished for. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located for us.

We left our computer and she was persistent in finding us.
She had the computer shipped to us and then followed up several days later to ensure that it had arrived safely.
I do not recall a more dedicated and tenacious person who didn't stop looking for us until she had found us and had the situation resolved.
As a retired Navy Captain she went "above and beyond the call of duty." She is to be commended for her diligence and dedication to Four Points and to us, your customer.

We stayed three nights. We were not recognized as SPG Gold members until we notified the front Desk. The television would not turn off, and when we told the front desk, they said they would take care of it. When we returned to the room, much later, the TV was still on, and the room had not been made up. Also the Wi-Fi only worked one night.
