Rated 5 out of 5 by oldwatch Excellent stay
The staff is very pleasant. The rooms are excellent. When you travel for meetings, it is nice to have a good quiet atmosphere to conduct business and then get a good nights rest. I would recommend this hotel in OKC.

I booked and stayed at the late night of 8/10 as my flight got delayed. First off, there was no SPG member recognition and I was simply assigned to room 227. The person who checked me into the room was not quite welcoming but I thought it was too late and he had a long day. Then, when I stepped into the room, it was hot and no AC was running to keep the temperature. Indeed, the air quality was poor so that I had to hassle through to turn the AC on (thermo did not work as the original cooling unit was off) and waited to cool the room. The carpet was not quite cleaned well and the bathroom tiles were cracked so I kept my toddler not to run with her barefoot. Finally, I love the existence of fridge but it periodically made a weird sound so I was distracted to fall asleep. Although I like its location but this particular stay was way below my expectation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by TonyB1978 Ok for the Money!
Its a newer Hotel, and probably a little nicer than alot of Four Points Ive stayed, but keep in mind its a basic Hotel! For the price you pay, its usually cheaper than the surrounding hotels, and I prefer ANY SPG property (usually) to others, and this hotel IS more comfortable than the surrounding ones! Its clean and fairly comfortable, but basic. And basic is ok because FP is not supposed to be fancy. Close to mall! Staff is always pleasant

Rated 3 out of 5 by TravelByCar Quilts are way too heavy.
It's tough to sleep when the quilt is so hot and heavy. It also must be a bear for the people who make up the room. We needed to turn the air way down in order to sleep comfortably. I've never had this happen anywhere else. Otherwise room was pleasant and so were staff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by westsloper we felt at home
Our family reserved three rooms for a wedding. "Quality of sleep" marked down due to loud muscle cars, not the hotel's fault. Otherwise we were comfortable with the complete cleanliness, good food, and friendly assistance. We would be happy to return.

ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT THE MANAGER DEMANDED A DEATH CERT THE DAY AFTER MY FATHER DIED WHEN I TRIED TO CALL AND RESCHEDULE MY STAY FOR A LATER TIME, TO PROVE HE WAS REALLY DEAD. "MOST RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL THING IVE EVER HEARD OF IN MY LIFE!!!"
THIS HOTEL IS FILTHY AND THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE!
MY ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A DELUXE KING. THE WHITE SHAME THAT COVERED THE WINDOW WAS FILTHY AND HAD MOLD AND WATER STAINS ALL OVER IT, WHEN YOU RAISED IT THERE WAS DIRT AND PARTS OF THE SHEET ROCK THAT WAS FALLING OFF ALL OVER THE WINDOW SILL. THE BLANKET HAD A HUGE STAIN AND BURN ON IT. THE OVER ALL LOOK OF THE ROOM WAS RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. I DIDNT WANT TO TOUCH ANYTHING!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT ALSO HAS A WEIRD SMELL...
