Generally, I like this hotel. The facilities and amenities are pretty okay. However the rooms and bathrooms are a bit run down. the shower head is not really working fine. The hose is quite old and loose.

No complete amenities. No cotton bud, no shower cap, no hand towel, no face towel.
Room smell like body odour.

Toilet hygiene matter is so important to all of the hotel guest and it is definitely one of the factors that decides the image of the hotel.
Unfortunately, your hotel has failed on this obviously. I checked in a room with a dirty toilet bowl and I request for a change. The staff is very responsive and transferred me to another room immediately. But, the issue seems persist with the new room although with a slight improvement on the cleanliness, which I can still barely accept it as I am so tired at that point and will not bother to change to a new room again for the third time assuming all the toilets in this hotel is dirty!
Second, the access card system at the lift will definitely need some maintenance or revamped with a new system. I had facing the issue of unable to access to my room level in the lift for several times myself. Please be reminded, the issue happens several times but not just once. Well, it definitely seems easy by just inserting the room access card, pull out, green light, press on your specific floor button, and wait for the lift to bring you up. However, in fact your access system is really bad that every guests have to try several times to get success. I particularly met a family, who the parents is quite aged enough but they facing the issue getting to the 10th floor. I tried to help them but the card seems inactive or void. By the time, the lift reached my floor at 9th, the old couple decided to take the staircase to reach their floor at 10th. This is such a pity and sad case happening right in front of my eyes inside a 4 star rating hotel.
Third, the so called 'high-speed' internet access is not high speed at all. I could not even listen to my Spotify using the internet services. Also, please remove the 'internet purchase page' if the room is included with internet package. Well, I am not informed that I should just proceed with 'purchase' the internet service even though I have included it with my room package. So, I ended up call the technician guy to my room and the technician told me there will be no charges for internet service if I click on 'purchase' as it is already included. You should have just let me know since I checked in if you do not want me to bother your technician's valuable time.
Forth, please improve your TV channels as your TV channels are so limited till I got no suitable TV programs for myself. So, I ended up playing 'Lite FM' using the TV. But, the experience for listening to radio using the TV is even worst. I don't know what is the reason for the Lite FM to be so laggy that it stop at some point and resume in playing.
Fifth, your hotel breakfast choices are so limited and can be better in taste still. Since I am going to stay for 3 nights, so I have got myself 3 breakfast deal as I thought this will be a convenient way for me in the morning without having the hassle to go out look for breakfast in a place that I am not familiar. However, after taking up the second breakfast, I skipped my third breakfast and went out for breakfast instead. However, I must compliment on your eatery environment as it is quite comfortable with some nice background music.
Lastly, the very good thing about your hotel is the very short distance to the airport which is really very convenient for me. And the free shuttle service is really makes my life easier. The driver is nice and friendly that I think he deserved the tips. Not to forget, the front desk staff are helpful and responsive.

My family and I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say this hotel provides an exceptional service which surpasses all our expectations.
We have a room upgrade as a recognition for SPG Plat. The hotel breakfast buffet has a very good spread and the environment is cozy.
More importantly, the location is fine as opposed to our initial concerns of not close to the city centre. There are many shops & B&B outlets just opposite the hotel, and even a couple of budget coffee shops for local delicacies.
I'll certainly be back to stay in hotel if I am back to Kuching again and I'll have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to those who look for value for money hotel stays.

I'm looking for a comfortable yet affordable place to stay for my Birthday and it turns out that i had chose the right place to stay and relax. I love the non-smoking policy and i got to get a good night sleep because i wouldn't have to smell the cigarette smoke from air ventilation that usually will wakes me up, coughing (usual case in most smoking Hotels).

The hotel is the most favourite hotels for our family so far in Kuching. We always coming back especially during Chinese New Year since my kid love the view of fireworks from the upper level floor (allocated for SPG member). My boy always love the view of airplane take off and landed. We love the view so much...
Kids love the pool VERY much and they nearly drops in tears when I told them that the swimming pool closed at 6 pm (which I think very early) because they normally swim till 7 - 8 pm every week.
The stays really memorable for us even though we are just locals...we just love to have a short gateway for some occasions like birthday and short holidays...
My kids keep on asking me now to stay there whenever we pass the hotels on the way to downtown since their birthdays coming soon (both in august). Thank you very much for making us very happy.

I've been staying for 5 nights for conference, and brought a few important documents and valuables. Little as I know that the safe box is spoilt, thus I've asked for technical support, although they came on the first day, they didn't do anything on the safe box, and they just blamed it on the main power. As I needed the facility for the rest of the night stays, I've called up technical support on the first night. And then, nothing happened until my fifth night stay. I've to bring my documents everywhere I go.
With the breakdown of lift, it was embarrassing to go to their swimming pool, instead of a proper hallway, we have to go throught the eatery.
