The room was exceptionally clean.
Unfortunately I had "an incident" that I feel the Desk Clerk on the morning of my check out could have been more empathetic and accomodating about.
I had filled the ice bucket on the eve of my stay and had taken my undergarments out of my suitcase. My suitcase and undergarments were sitting on the console beside the ice bucket. Overnight the ice bucket leaked and my undergarments were soaked. i had to dry my clothing with the hairdryer and had to mop up all fo the water as it was pouring off the console.
In the am I spoke with the Desk Clerk about the incident but she showed no concern for what had happened to me. In the least she should have been more empathetic and I should have been offered a discount on my room.
For this reason I would never stay there again nor whould I reccomend this hotel to others.

We had stayed here on 2 separate occasions over the last 2 weeks, having excellent stays at both time. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are most helpful. We had left some luggages for storage after the first stay, to be picked up at the second stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find them already in our room when we checked in the second time. We would have lengthened our stay the second time had the hotel not been fully booked. The manager was most helpful in honoring a 4pm checkout despite a full house. Will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at the Four Points Cambridge, Ontario for 3 years when I'm doing business in the area. This amounts to approximately 10 to 15 stays a year. Each time I stay, I'm greeted by name by the Chef, the General Manager, the customer service agents and the dining room servers that recognize me. I feel like every member of this hotel's team has my interests at heart. If something isn't just right, it is taken care of quickly. By the way, the breakfast omelets are prepared fresh and I have to say are the best omelets I've ever had. No kidding!

My wife and I spent one night with our grandkids (8 & 6yrs) after a full day at the Waterloo Region Museum and Doon Heritage Village. The stay was perfect from check-in to check-out. Thank you Jee for your friendly welcome on check-in. It is like a family member coming home. The next thing we did was use the pool. Not too busy and plenty of towels. Dinner that evening was outstanding. Excellent food and the Chef, Michael, came to check that everything was fine. My granddaughter complimented Michael on both the food and service. We all had a good nights rest in our room that was in a very quiet area of the hotel. Despite a large number of guests, breakfast ran very smoothly. Check-out was friendly and efficient. You come away with the feeling that they value your business.

We stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and informative. The breakfast that was included in our room package was amazing. The omelette bar was a great idea along with all the other hot and cold food choices. I also really liked the spacious lobby for the boys to hang out so that they were not roaming the halls. We will definately stay here again. The team has booked this hotel for 3 more tournaments which I am extremely happy with.

As usual the general level of service was very good. However, the service at dinner on June 19th was poor. The service staff were preoccupied with a special function and our two meals came at very different times: this most unusual. Everything was fine for breakfast on June 20th. We much enjoyed the pool on arrival. There was no platinum recognition: this is not unusual for a hotel with only 3 suites to offer as an upgrade. The rooms are very nice except for rather noisy air conditioners.

Your staff went over and beyond to accommodate. We know you were busy with a couple of weddings, but you still had our rooms clean and ready when we arrived (early request). Front desk staff were professional and courteous. We were part of a large party having brunch--the food was top notch. Wait staff was quick to clear away dirty dishes and refill coffees. By far, one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have had in a very long time. Great job! Keep doing what your doing.

I had a very enjoyable stay that could have been better if I did not order the room service beef thai salad. It was quite horrible. Sadly, in the morning, there was a problem with the temperature in the Gym facility, where other Guests and I had to work-out in a 30degree celsius heat. Otherwise, the service made up for these glitches, but will seriously consider eating there again...

Room itself was average - nothing fancy. The problem was when my wife went for a shower.. The single handle faucet was broken and she could not turn the water on.After much effort I was able to get it going. A very frustrating way to start a day.

I recently got married in Cambridge - it was a last minute wedding as my sister is vey ill and I wanted her to be my witness, so the wedding was planed in under 2 days - instead of the August wedding we had expected. My parents offered us the hotel room the night of the wedding and the staff was great and very helpful and breakfast the next day was good as well. My only complaint about our stay would be the poor water pressure in the bathroom.

The entire look inside and out of the hotel was upscale for the price we paid. The room was much more spacious than any I have stayed in and the new style, especially the bathroom was fantastic. My daughters and I wish we were staying longer. It was the best hotel out of the three we stayed in this weekend throughout Ontario. Only down point was the size of the indoor pool although it was great that it was salt water.

I have been staying at this hotel in the last few years but the stay last week was less than pleasant. The water cooler in the gym was empty for 2 days. There was no towel in the gym for 2 days and dirty towels were found on the floor. I had hope the situation would improve after one day but the condition remained the same. Very disappointing.

I have traveled a lot for work in the past 10 years, many forgettable places, many I would like to forget. The Four Points in Cambridge is one I wish would continue for the rest of my travel. My experience there the past years has been great.
The staff is excellent. They keep the facility perfect, and are always improving the rooms, restaurant, and gym. Their welcoming and attending attitude is second to none.

Hotel is modern and clean, staff very friendly (sometimes overwhelming, but they mean well so cant complain too much!). They provide a great/flexible shuttle bus service - the driver Brian was very helpful.
Only one niggle with my 5 night stay was an ice cream i ordered one evening, for nearly $10 was of poor quality (poor texture/flavor for price). No big deal as 100% recommend this place/stay again.

I frequently stay at this hotel and think that overall it provides great value and a consistent experience .
It is a newer hotel and compared to other hotels in the surrounding area (Waterloo, Kitchener) you get much more for your money - room size, amenities, etc.
The room service menu has a little something for everyone and the restaurant / bar has a comfortable, relaxed vibe with friendly staff.

My wife and I were in Cambridge for a wedding and decided to stay at the Four Points. It was an excellent choice!! The room was amazing from the so comfortable king-size bed to the modern bathroom. We loved having the microwave oven and compact refrigerator in the room. We haven't slept that good in a long time. We would certainly use Fourpoints again.

Stayed Aug 23-24/12 with my Mom on our way to Stratford after having a great stay there a year previous for business and knowing this is an excellent hotel. The entire hotel is lovely, clean and very affordable. We had a great breakfast and the chef is superb. Had the best omelette I've ever had! Kudos! Thank-you for a wonderful stay. Next time in this area I'll defnitely stay here again!

The only negative issue found was that the halls and elevators are not air conditioned. I was there for a wedding and found that with everyone leaving their rooms at the same time, the wait for he elevators was prolonged and the heat on an unusually hot summer day was intensified. Also the staff would find it more comfortable and less tiring to work in a cooler atomshpere.

I shouldn't be too hard on the staff. The wait and kitchen staff in the resturant were fantastic. The Housekeeping staff was friendly and outgoing. And the lady at the front desk during the day was pleasant. But the night shift attendant was rude, and angry.
I'd reccomend staying here, just do your best to need anything between 11pm and 7 am

Generally fine. A newer version of the Four Points brand and the hotel is fresh, clean and accessible. My one beef was the midnight check in was benign verging on rude. I don't expect much but I do expect a 'hello' or 'welcome to the hotel' without the surly attitude. All other staff great but midnight front desk staff needs a customer service course.

I had my daughters wedding and had 10 rooms booked. Although the hotel was clean I was not happy that none of my guests revieved any free breakfast other then coffee. I understand this was to be negotiated in the contract at the time of blocking rooms but really I couldn't even get a free meal for the bride and groom!!!!!

When me and my husband walk into the room, we could not believe how wonderful the room looked. It was spacious and everything was very up to date. The room was at pretty good price. Did not have any trouble with anything.
If we ever go out that way again, we will stay in that hotel again.

The room was beautiful, very stylish, clean. Breakfast is not included with your stay but we pre booked a breakfast which was cheaper than paying when you get there. The food was excellent, good variety and omlettes made on request.

This Four Points Sheraton is a great example of the value and cleanliness that I expect from Sheraton properties. Our room was very comfortable and the common areas of the hotel were clean and appealing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. We did not eat there or use the pool so I can't comment on those features.

It starts with the front desk who check you in, they are very welcoming. The gym area is very modern and very clean. The rooms are bright and again very clean.
The best part though is the restaurant/Bar area. They serve great food and are extremely friendly.
Lots of local restaurants within 5 minutes as well as shopping.

Our recent stay was great! We were in a king bed room with an added crib for our 1 year old daughter. The room was spacious, clean, modern and met all of our needs. Upon arrival we realized that there were some electrical outlets very close to the level our daughter was at and with a single question were handed a handful of safety plug covers. The house keeping staff did a fantastic job and were super friendly & helpful.
Our daughter loved being a "big girl" and having a shower in the spacious super clean walk-in shower. We asked for an extra bath towel and were given three.
The bathrooms in the lobby close to the pool are super clean. The pool itself is wonderful. There are plenty of pools towels available, clean showers with soap and a very clean salt water pool.
This was our second time staying and we were certainly be back again.
We did not have time for breakfast this trip but it sure did smell good on our way out. Hopefully next time we can give the restaurant a try!
