Rated 5 out of 5 by DON43 This hotel has staff and management that really care.
This is one of my favorite hotels. It is fairly new and is well maintained. What makes it stand out are the staff and management. All the way from front-line staff including housekeeping, restaurant (waiters/waitresses, chefs), front desk people to managers (Front Office Manager) always provide friendly and efficient service and really care about you. They also know their jobs. This was a one-night stay. I had booked a suite, so there was obviously no upgrade. Our suite, room 610, was one of our favorite rooms. Lovely view over the countryside. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding and no request is to much to ask. Coming back to this hotel is like coming home. Everyone is so pleased to see you. We look forward to our next stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fluffsbabe Hotel Overall.
The Room was very Comfortable, except a few things. In our Room, there was only 1 Face cloth, NO shower Cap(was imperative for Wedding Guests),I heard there was NO MIRROR in a room that could actually sleep up to 4 people. That proved difficult for those that required getting ready outside of the bathroom mirror.
A Continental Breakfast could have been offered at the rates that were charged. An optional Hot cooked Breakfast was AWESOME.
The bed although comfortable mattress, was NOT made properly. I found myself getting out of bed many times t/o my sleep to remake it in some fashion. The size & sheets were very Good.
Thermostat Control was GREAT.
Close proximity to Whistlebear for our Wedding.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Joeymar13 Alarm clock was not set properly
Upon arrival about 12:10 am I note that my alarm clock is not properly set and shows 4:23. I have had an exhasting day and now I have to figure out how to set a clock that works on differentials in time zones or some such non standard nonsence. All I wanted to do is set a wake up time and go to bed - not mess around with a ridiculous clock for 10 minutes!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Scoobydoo Great hotel off the 401
We stopped at this 4 Points by Sheraton in Cambridge because it was about halfway to Algonquin Park in Central Ontario form Michigan and directly off the 401 freeway. Its a clean hotel with comfortable rooms and very good service. They offered us free water, our room had a microwave, refrigerator, comfortable beds, and a nice roomy bathroom. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

This hotel is VERY nice compared to other Four Points I have stayed out. The decor is great, nice staff and everything seems fresh and clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and was greeted by very nice staff and really, the rooms are very clean, neat and modern.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Headley04 Very expensive breakfest
Room and hotel were great. Our team stayed on the weekend and the $149.99 rate was reasonable given the quality of the hotel. However, my two boys and I had breakefest on Sunday morning and it came to $52.00 tax included. This is obserdly expensive given we had some eggs, bacon and some fruit.
