Rated 4 out of 5 Parking
This place is a good place to stay at and I had a comfortable time but when it came to checking out I saw that my vehicle had a boot on it and that I was not able to move it. I arrived about mid night and staff said if their is no parking you can park acrosss. I was never told not to park in the gravel or that i might get the boot. They do have a small sign up in front but it was never mentioned. I payed not only for the boot to be removed but I also payed for parking that i did not use at the hotel. I ended up paying about 80 dollars for parking fees all together. Nice place just watch where u park.

Rated 3 out of 5 Smoking in Room
I stayed in room 305 and it was evident to me that someone smoked in the room. I spoke to a person at the counter during check in (after I had visited the room) and asked them to visit the room and check it out. She radioed someone on her two way radio and I expected some type of feedback on the matter. Upon my return, there was not a message or indication that the room had been inspected. It was too late to change rooms and I got about three hours of sleep due to the constant coughing and smell. I had red eyes and was very congested due to the smoke in the carpet, couch, and bed. I am very unhappy with the room. Your people were very nice but I'm not sure I'll ever stay at your facility again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JP57 Very Helpful Staff
I've spent over 40 nights in hotels so far this year, and Karina at the front desk was by FAR the most pleasant and helpful hotel person I've encountered. She spent time with the guest in front of me, prompting her to immediately apologize and recognizing my patience during the wait. She then acknowledged my SPG Platinum status and thanked me for being a loyal member. When my boss, staying at a different hotel, asked about directions elsewhere later, she was both informative and humorous in her reply. She is a keeper!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bobby12 Almost there with expectations
The hotel staff (Yadhira) at check-in was exceptional. She took a call during my check-in and I was thoroughly impressed with the conversation she had with the person on the phone...pleasant and extremely professional in providing information. As I expected, after the call was complete...she apologized to me for the delay which was just another example of her high professionalism. The only drawback was that the fixture for the sink was extremely loose. To the point that you had to hold it when opening the valve to keep it from falling off. Everything else about the hotel met my expectations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by FrequentTraveller This hotel does not meet other Starwood hotel standards
This hotel did not have a room for us when we arrived 1 hour early from check in. The front desk person checked in our bag, we walked around town and came back 1 hours after check in. Still no room was available. And no indication or explanation was given as to when a room would become available. We were upset that we gave them an extra hour to get a room ready for us but they still did not follow through. We finally settled on a handicap accessible room, which was clean although not ideal. The cleaning crew entered our room twice, both times before check out time and once with the "do not disturb" tag on the door. This was an interruption to our stay.

Rated 3 out of 5 by amassengale Ok, but not quite as advertised
We stayed for the George Strait concert, a 20-min walk away. Good location, good staff.
I had booked a king bed for my wife and me, but got 2 queens. Since they let us check in shortly after noon, I considered that fair.
However, the website says on site parking is free, but they actually charge $12 a day. Also, breakfast, the minimal kind that is often free at other hotels, is $9.95 per person, so we went elsewhere.
The room was fairly large and comfortable, so overall adequate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KTrejo Wonderful Staff and Service
The staff of the hotel, top to bottom, especially Yadhira at the front desk, were incredible! They were friendly, knowledgeable and helped with any issue on a moment's notice. They made the stay worthwhile! The room was nice but had a musty smell that only went away when the air conditioning was on. It was otherwise clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only edible food was waffles and you pay $10/adults and $5/kids to you make your own! it's free at other local hotels.

Rated 4 out of 5 The Staff was AMAZING
I not only was accompanied by very real and good people at my stay. I also made friends. The stay made me have one of the best traveling experiences ever. Thank you to the staff at the front desk. The only consideration I would recommend is that the bar open and stay open later and that the breakfast buffet be free without paying for an upgrade. The idea of paying $9.95 for a waffle I have to make and serve myself is disappointing.
