Absolutely love this place
Quiet, comfy, spacious; on a first name basis with some of the employees there.
HIGHLY recommend this locale. Walking distance to RiverWalk (nice stroll, actually)
Everyone SUPER friendly.
Steve, the concierge is DIVINE......personable, sweet and just amazing.
Clarence, Stephanie, everyone is great!
We will ONLY stay here..........

I would recomend this hotel to others visiting San Antonia, Texas. The staff was very freindly and helpful.

While conveniently located and a nice walk with various routes to the River Walk, the parking was not adequate for $12 per day. I had a lot of in and out being the father of a bride and often spent time looking for a parking place, with overflow parking inconveniently located a significant walk if you are carrying a lot of stuff...This was mostly Thurs-Sat. Also, the bathroom fixtures are confusing and it's challenging to get cold water...they need adjustment or replaced

this hotel is close to Riverwalk but not right on it-makes the price to stay very affordable. Great bar/happy hour. Adequate pool/deck. Staff was most accomodating-excellent service. Would not hesitate to recommend this choice of location.

This hotel is located near the central downtown area but far enough away (2 blocks) to not feel hemmed in by the city.
Staff was very accomodating.
The one concern I had was that valet parking was to be provided but we self parked for 5 of the 6 nights there for the same fee as when the valet was there. I think either the valet should be present at all times or reduce the rate for the days not using the valet or advertise self parking for $16.00 - This will not keep me from staying at this location again.

I tried to call down to desk for over 30 min. Just wanted to find out where ice machine is located! I had seen her when we came in for the evening..........she was visiting with the help in store.........so I came to find her still there visiting......guess she had the phone on busy???? Location was great. Bartender was awesome. We travel a lot and this is the first time I have written a complaint! Front desk help help was never greeted folks........

I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast
was great and everyone I met on the staff was friendly and very helpful. I especially
loved the bed. I have never slept so soundly
and comfortably. I would love to know the
brand of the mattress, pillows and bedding.

information? I would appreciate it very much!
I was there for my Girl Scout reunion and

Manager approached me and asked how my stay has been. I told him great and even filled out a comment card. I explained to him my concern when we checked in that there was only one person behind the desk checking people in and out and there was a huge conference this week. They knew when we were arriving so I thought they would be staffed to handle the rush. He explained the manager that was on duty that presented himself during the rush but did nothing to help out was not trained on the system so there was nothing he could do to help. I still feel like the hotel should have staffed up for the mass checking in. Other than that everything was terrific.
