There is a fast food 'mecca' walking distance from the hotel. This includes a Bojangles, Taco Bell, and KFC. The hotel is also close to the Triangle and the airport.
The standard rooms are larger than most in the area. There are outlets/plugs next to the bed which is convenient. The Internet is free and worked adequately throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
Tonya and her team were very accommodating to a last minute scheduling change. The staff within the breakfast area are accommodating and responsive.
Well priced hotel with friendly staff within the Triangle.

I stayed at the RDU Four Points for a couple of days last week. I travel a lot, and often stay at the very best hotels all over the world. This Four Points is clearly not world class in terms of its facilities, restaurants, etc.
However - and this is a big however - the quality and character of the staff was the best I have ever seen. That's not an exaggeration. From the front desk to the restaurant and especially to the shuttle bus drivers, people bent over backwards to address my needs.
I have never written a hotel evaluation before. I would only do so for the very best or the very worst. I'm happy to thank the RDU Four Points for being one of the best I will stay here for sure during my next visit to RTP.

The wife and I had an early flight out of RDU so I decided to book a hotel to make it a little easier, plus knowing I would have to pay for parking at the airport and that I could leave my car at the hotel and take the shuttle it made it so the price of the hotel was about a wash with what I would have paid in parking. The room was nice, every thing was clean. I couldn't find anything to complain about. We did inform the hotel staff we needed to catch the hotel shuttle very early in the morning. We were planning on catching the first shuttle of the morning and when we got there bright and early the shuttle driver hadn't arrived for the morning. without hesitation the front desk had a cab there within minutes and got us to the airport without delay. I was very pleased.

Terrific customer service from shuttle driver to front office management and staff....Even the restaurant and bar are open until 2am every night.....perfect home from home approach, and even with stiff competition nearby and 'higher end' properties, I will always book this property if I can... WELL DONE TEAM FOUR POINTS AT MORRISVILLE.

I would like to extend a thank you to Tonia (General Manager) and her team for the exceptionally services I received during my staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in Morrisville, NC last week. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was pleasant.
My room was clean, and the staff was professional and attentive not only to me but all guests. I travel a lot, and it’s been awhile since my experience was top notch, and rate this location a 10 plus. I felt comfortable as a guest and would recommend anyone looking for a hotel that truly cares about the entire guest/ hotel experience.
In addition, I would like to acknowledge the following staff for making my business trip stress free: Taylor, Andrea, Debbie, Karen, Ivy, Sabrina & their manager Johnny (front desk), Brooks, Dre’ and their Manager Trudi (food & Beverage), and Chris, David, and Maurice (shuttle drivers).
