The front desk staff is always welcoming and professional. Check in is quick.
SPG membership was not recognized. Staff did not mention if there is a club room. As a Gold member we enjoy that perk.
We always stay here when we have an early flight out or a late arrival at RDU. The free shuttle service is great. The drivers are prompt and proficient.
The beds are always comfortable. Room was clean. No microwave in room. Disappointing since it is needed to heat water for tea. Running water through coffee pot is not good as the tea then tastes like coffee.
We had dinner at the bar/restaurant. The chicken wrap was huge and very good. The fruit was fresh and delicious. The barkeep was friendly and efficient.
Overall, this is a nice place to stay. We will stay here again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Maria436 Convenient to RDU
Very convenient to the airport. The free shuttle service is a plus and the drivers are nice and friendly. At check in, Audry,a very nice young lady and a very accommodating one had given me a breakfast voucher which she told me was good until 2pm to be used in the restaurant or room service.Unfortunately, the lady in the dining room wearing a light blue uniform told me the restaurant was closed and it was before noon.I told her I had a voucher and if I can at least get a yogurt. We normally do not eat here because we always arrive late and leave early for our flights. The first time that I asked and was denied and that would be the last.

Overall, this hotel is a good quality hotel and meets the standards we have for the Four Points line. Efficient, easy to navigate, clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, very attentive staff, etc. The one issue for this particular hotel was it seemed the walls were a bit thin. We asked to be moved once and they did so without hesitation. It was very quite all night and most of the next morning. Then about 10am, our neighbor in the room next door to us received a phone call and we could literally hear every word not only from the person next door but the person on the cell phone as well! So, just be aware that it seemed the walls were a bit thin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by daniel2783 Great, but food/TV OK
I definitely enjoyed my one night stay. A couple of constructive comments:
-I ordered a burger from room service, which was just OK. Not seasoned very well and was lukewarm.
-TV channel selection was not great. No CNN or Fox News or ESPN, which are the 3 channels I prefer to watch when I travel
Other than that it was a great stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ciscoguy World Class Staff
I stayed at the RDU Four Points for a couple of days last week. I travel a lot, and often stay at the very best hotels all over the world. This Four Points is clearly not world class in terms of its facilities, restaurants, etc.
However - and this is a big however - the quality and character of the staff was the best I have ever seen. That's not an exaggeration. From the front desk to the restaurant and especially to the shuttle bus drivers, people bent over backwards to address my needs.
I have never written a hotel evaluation before. I would only do so for the very best or the very worst. I'm happy to thank the RDU Four Points for being one of the best I will stay here for sure during my next visit to RTP.

Most of the time, business travel requires overnight stays. Four Points was one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at. Comfort, staff support and overall quality of the facility makes this place the best to stay when traveling on business or pleasure.
