Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable, professional staff The desk clerk that received us very late a night went out of his way to make our check in quick and easy. He was responsive to our needs. Room was very comfortable. We were there for just the night and traveling elsewhere. Cannot comment on most of the items listed below. October 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Stay Hotel staff very friendly and professional. Hotel itself is well maintained and clean. Great feature is that the bar and kitchen stay open until 2AM so late night arrivals can still obtain hot food and a drink. Only seven minutes to airport on the shuttle. Can leave car on property while away on a trip. September 10, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by fenceball Our room was modern and clean. Only dilemma was the somewhat loud A/C motor - we definitely were aware that it was on as we watched TV or slept. Breakfast consisted of a fine variety and the waitstaff was exceptionally attentive. I'd say the same for the front desk staff. We'd definitely stay here again if ever in the area. August 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by World Class Staff I stayed at the RDU Four Points for a couple of days last week. I travel a lot, and often stay at the very best hotels all over the world. This Four Points is clearly not world class in terms of its facilities, restaurants, etc. However - and this is a big however - the quality and character of the staff was the best I have ever seen. That's not an exaggeration. From the front desk to the restaurant and especially to the shuttle bus drivers, people bent over backwards to address my needs. I have never written a hotel evaluation before. I would only do so for the very best or the very worst. I'm happy to thank the RDU Four Points for being one of the best I will stay here for sure during my next visit to RTP. September 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Service The wife and I had an early flight out of RDU so I decided to book a hotel to make it a little easier, plus knowing I would have to pay for parking at the airport and that I could leave my car at the hotel and take the shuttle it made it so the price of the hotel was about a wash with what I would have paid in parking. The room was nice, every thing was clean. I couldn't find anything to complain about. We did inform the hotel staff we needed to catch the hotel shuttle very early in the morning. We were planning on catching the first shuttle of the morning and when we got there bright and early the shuttle driver hadn't arrived for the morning. without hesitation the front desk had a cab there within minutes and got us to the airport without delay. Rated 5 out of 5 by Terrfic above and beyond service with a smile Terrific customer service from shuttle driver to front office management and staff....Even the restaurant and bar are open until 2am every night.....perfect home from home approach, and even with stiff competition nearby and 'higher end' properties, I will always book this property if I can... Rated 4 out of 5 by Convenient to RDU Very convenient to the airport.The free shuttle service is a plus and the drivers are nice and friendly.At check in, Audry,a very nice young lady and a very accommodating one had given me a breakfast voucher which she told me was good until 2pm to be used in the restaurant or room service.Unfortunately,the lady in the dining room wearing a light blue uniform told me the restaurant was closed and it was before noon.I told her I had a voucher and if I can at least get a yogurt.We normally do not eat here because we always arrive late and leave early for our flights. The first time that I asked and was denied and that would be the last. July 31, 2014
