The rooms are very nice. Clean and lots of space. Do not stay in any room close to the elevators such as 500, 501, 502. 503. The noise of the elevator hydraulics rumbles through the room at all hours. Any room down the hall is great.

Came to the area to celebrate a birthday for a friend, by going to many of the local area attractions like Carowins. This hotels location was optimum for that. The theme park was literally 4 miles away. The area of the hotel busy but yet quite. The room met my expectations and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, very enjoyable. Though the hotel seemed full, the was a special peace that this place provided. It created an illusion of us being secluded on an island, it was that quite. Like we were there by ourselves.
This location is really in the heart of everything thing great in Charlotte. I will return.

This was our second stay at this hotel as we passed through on our way home from vacation. It is a well kept hotel with super friendly, helpful staff. When booking our room, there was not any rooms with two double beds to meet the needs of our family. when we arrived, staff was able to find us a room to meet our needs. We were very thankful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by VonFleet45 Great value. Really like this place.
Me and my girlfriend stayed here in July on a trip to Rock Hill, SC and loved it. So this August when we thought about where we would stay on the way back to Marietta, OH from Cocoa Beach we immediately decided to return to this location. Unfortunately we had to pay a little more this time than our first visit but it was still very reasonable given the condition of the hotel. I really liked the subtle fragrant smell of the place as you enter. The rooms were spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows and bedding were really nice. The Wifi was fast and the flat screen tv was enjoyable. Didn't use the pool but while it was small it looked very clean. Desk Staff were professional and friendly as were the breakfast staff, which brings me to the only knock on this place, the breakfast area, while beautifully furnished it is surprisingly small. The overall design of the hotel is beautiful but here I think the designer opted for form over function. And the breakfast itself is only slightly better than most free continental breakfasts that you would receive at most other places yet it costs $5 for adults and $3 for children. Fortunately the area around the hotel is very nice and provides a host of restaurants nearby, not to mention a beautiful shopping mall practically within walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Decent and comfortable. rooms are clean and staff are very responsive and helpful. The gym needs improvement and free weights, that's the downside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Giness69 We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!
We came to Charlotte for the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow. The hotel was fairly close to the Ballantyne Corporate Park where we took the shuttle to the golf course. There are restaurants close to the hotel also. When we arrived I noticed how clean everything looked and smelled! We were met with a smile at the desk and checked in quickly. The bar was so nice and so was the bartender. Breakfast was delicious and was well worth the $5. We will stay there again, but will ask for a room on an upper floor because our room was on the first floor and the window view was the parking lot. We slept great with no disturbances though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rehfer Great rest spot
My family and I travel from the Great Lakes to the south east at lease once a year and Pineville and the Four points is always our preferred rest stop. Usually we use the hotel as a spot for me as driver to get 8 hours rest. This year however we had a breakdown right outside Charlotte and we had an opportunity to spend an extra day at Four Points Pineville. This hotel is one of the better Four Points I have stayed at and with it's proximity to the Mall and local shopping it sure made being stuck in Charlotte without a vehicle a joy.

Its a convenient hotel for a good night sleep. If you expect more such as late night food service, elaborate breakfast buffet, a full fitness center, or more then this is not the place. Its good for the value however.
