The staff make this hotel great. Only 1 issue is that housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 am and woke me up from a deep sleep. Trying to communicate with her difficult as she didn't speak English! I needed extra coffee and also tried to explain that I would be out at 11. Didn't comprehend so I had to help myself off her cart!

Came to the area to celebrate a birthday for a friend, by going to many of the local area attractions like Carowins. This hotels location was optimum for that. The theme park was literally 4 miles away. The area of the hotel busy but yet quite. The room met my expectations and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, very enjoyable. Though the hotel seemed full, the was a special peace that this place provided. It created an illusion of us being secluded on an island, it was that quite. Like we were there by ourselves.
This location is really in the heart of everything thing great in Charlotte. I will return.

Family of 4 stayed. Room came with 3 sets of towels which I didn't realize until I was going to shower. When I requested another set at the front desk, I was told that they would be ready in a half hour because they were all in use or in the laundry. However, they did deliver them sooner. The hotel did not have enough plates or cutlery to serve breakfast. Air conditioner was very loud. The staff was polite, stressed, and frustrated that they did not have the resources to adequately do their jobs.

We have stayed here before. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The only flaw we encountered, was the breakfast buffet. It did not look appetizing at all. The ad in the elevator telling you about it, was not what you actually got. We were hoping for just a muffin or pastry, but they had none of those. We didn't take the time to sit down for breakfast, so we can't speak to that. There are plenty of restaurants across the street. The mall, which is also there, is very large and has a great selection of stores.

I was so happy to be upgraded to a suite from a regular room at time of check-in - EXCELLENT customer service!! But I was disappointed in the room itself especially given that it was a suite. Please consider upgrading your rooms (carpet, couches, etc) for a more modern feel. Absolutely loved the staff though - very friendly and did a great job! I have a family member that just moved to the area and I would like to return to the Four Points if they perform some upgrading, otherwise I might be considering other hotels in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by NB0804 Enjoyed my stay
I enjoyed my week stay at the Pineville / Charlotte Four Points Hotel. Honorable Mention to the Front Desk Staff Member John who went above and beyond to insure I enjoyed my stay. Only negative would be the weak or slow Wifi signal made working from the room difficult. I would visit the Hotel again on future visits.

Our server for dinner (Julie) was wonderful. Kathy and the gentleman serving breakfast on Saturday morning were so pleasant and cheerful. It was just a wonderful stay.
