Went away with spouse and felt so disappointed after staying here for the night. When you have a problem the hotel should care more about you as a guest. It would be nice if we could've enjoyed our room/hotel more without any problems. It really ruins your romantic night. : (
Newer rooms are great if cleaned right.
In a nook is better than being in a main hallway in hotel.
Location is great for casino people.
Pool too stinky and smelly from chlorine.
Hot tub was not hot-more like 80*
Pool was freezing cold!!
Room was not cleaned right.
Had to switch rooms because furniture and carpet was stained and gross.
Ihop -prices are high and service sucks.

Good: Price with gift cards made it a hard deal to pass up, view was nice towards falls, local shuttle was very convenient
Bad: rooms were very humid, if you ran the AC is made it cold and humid,
Uncontrollable water temp - could not take a shower, had to use the bathtub -almost scalded kids first time
Stayed 3 nights - last minute wanted to extend 1 more night, had rooms but wouldn't offer and comps
TV wouldn't work on most channels, couldn't plug in hdmi device to tv
Internet was horrible - doesn't work well with phones or tables
Brought all the above issues up to staff, but no one documented it, so the manager said it wasn't their problem that we didn't raise these issues

It is the first time that my husband and I had to wait 45 minutes in line to get to a clerk and register. It was so busy.... We almost got late to our meeting. We do a lot of travelling and really that was really bad. Fortunately the employee was very pleasant and professional. The room was fine too.

We only stayed the one night but the staff was very helpful and friendly especially at the front desk. The hotel is in a great location with all amenites on hand or very nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Firstly customer service at the front desk was cold. Parking was an issue. And finally it would be appreciated if the toilet could be checked and flushed prior to guest arriving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Twiggs Staff were very friendly and hotel is very clean
Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and neat. I found the soap dispensers a very good idea, it is more cost effective for the Hotel, but the body wash dispenser did not dispense as well as the shampoo and conditioner, not sure if it was blocked.
The coffee in the room was terrible, it would be good if they could change the coffee suppliers.
As we were on the 2nd floor, our window was facing the aircon or furnace and it was quite noisy when it came on. (Room 231)
We were very happy and we have rebooked to revisit again

The new location has it's pros and cons.pros,close to attractions.cons,very obstructed view of falls....When checking in,noone working spg desk,no recognition...was awoken around midnite to loud teenagers in hallway,I called front desk,replied they would send security.20 minutes later,it calmed down.About 15 minutes after that the teenagers set the fire alarm off and that blared for 2 hrs while they evacuated hotel..Asked for points back the following morning and was told they could not do that but would put 2000 back on..Totally ridiculous.rethinking my loyalty to Sheraton...
