Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel had poor customer service Two major issues we had during our stay was Wake Up Calls not handled two days in a row. WiFi did not work and called about it on our second day of our stay, after 7 nights we were checking out and the problem was never resolved. For such a high tourist area was very surprised at the hotels lack of service standards for their customers. We had a group of over 15 rooms booked for this 1 week stay and many problems were noted by each and every one of us. Very disappointing!!!! July 8, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Starworthy The staff were professional. However the hotel is poorly designed with a highly congested lobby and there is no sound proofing. The rooms have no sound buffer and the hallways are echo chambers. If you are staying and potentially need to do some business during the visit, including working in the room or having a conference call, I can't recommend the location July 12, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by A weekend getaway almost becomes a weekend nightmare. Bought special couple romance package for weekend getaway with my wife on-line-paid about same as actual cost if I booked through hotel-even though coupon purchased was worth about $100 more than hotel costs, hotel would not upgrade my room from cheapest available, nor provide anything else to compensate. This was even after hotel would not initially take my reservation directly. After contacting central reservation and being told hotel must book room directly because of coupon I had purchased, I again contacted hotel and was again told they could not book room-eventually after 5 telephone calls and about 2 hours trying to make a reservation, hotel finally agreed to book room package. Will not stay again at this hotel, nor will I recommend it to friends and colleagues. As a Starwoood member, I was disappointed because of the worst treatment I have ever experienced with a hotel!!! Rated 1 out of 5 by Unsatisfactory Customer Service On the drive down, we contacted the hotel as there was a mix up (from our end) in our booking. We spoke with a manager (name with held) at the Front Desk who said he could provide us with a new room at $199/night. I informed him that we were 30 minutes away and that it would be appreciated and we will ask for him at the front desk when we arrive. Upon arrival, the same manager informed us that the room prices went up within the 30 minutes it took us to get there and the best he could do was $249/night. He also told us that the prices were currently at $329/night when we found out a bit later they were actually at $299/night. We were very displeased about him not being able to honor the price he quoted us on the phone and he kept saying "there is nothing else I can do". We then asked that if we were going to have to pay this new price, if there was any way he could upgrade our room for us. He responded by saying they were completely sold out and that the "standard room" were the only rooms left. We later found out that our friends who checked in that same day after us were upgraded to a Jacuzzi Suite. The same person offered us and our friend's vouchers to the Keg, as well as free self parking for our night's stay. We received our vouchers, but when our friends checked in they did not. We returned to the front desk to request their voucher and a new manager said that our friends had been given their Keg voucher and implied I wasn’t being truthful. In the end we received their voucher but it was only after the manager informed me that "she was going to take my word that they had not received them". This manager also stated the other manager should have honored the quoted price for the room but since he was off for the day, there was nothing she could do about that. Later that evening (well early in the morning 4:30am), we had to people partying outside our hotel door in the hallway. We waited a little bit to see if they were just going into their rooms, but they remained in the hall for at least 30 minutes before we decided to call security. Security took approximately 30 minutes to arrive and at no point did the front desk or security ever apologize for the disturbance. We have stayed in multiple hotels and never before have we received such poor customer service. Very unsatisfied customers. February 21, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very accomodating We had a very nice experience at the hotel and would recommend for a visit to Niagara Falls. We had a little room confusion upon checking in but Joshua the manager along with the front desk staff were able to provide a solution. We had a nice view of the Canadian Falls and overall were happy with the hotel. The staff was very accomodating and Moe at the tour desk was great. We decided to do the tour package which was a perfect idea for our short visit to the Falls. It's a little pricey but you pay for the convenience. I also added up the cost of all the signts we visited and it wasn't bad considering what you experience. If I had to mention any negative experience, it would be the staff at the host area of Ruth's Chris restaurant (which is considered the bar/restaurant at the hotel). Rather arrogant. July 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has great location I do not expect to find myself in a better place,take the incline railway to Table Rock Station (Visitors Center ) and buy the Adventure Pass,that gives you access to WEGO buses and so you can move around Niagara Falls Ontario. August 1, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not what you expect from a Starwoods Brand Stayed for one night and the experience was average. The bathroom shower leaked and had water all over the bathroom floor. There was no sopa in the shower dispenser in the shower. The lack of attention to basic details is quite unacceptable. When the front desk was notified on checkout all they could muster was a weak sorry. July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great sleep! The beds are super comfortable at Four Points Fallsview! The room was very nice, clean the washroom nicely updated, quiet as well. iHop Restaurant is hugely expensive for breakfast food! Four Points would be better to associate itself with something far more reasonably priced like the advertised one across the street - $6.99 for all you can eat breakfast buffet. It is a shock to sit down to a menu that charges $16 for a few pancakes alone! We booked a package and were very disappointed for find out that there were no benefits or points available for our Starwood membership. July 22, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disppointed for a second time We came back to this hotel after receiving a special offer from SPG. We were apprehensive since our last visit was anything but enjoyable (noisy guests in corridor and a room (#317) which was above a ventilation utility room). This time, like other guests who had received similar offers, we were told to wait for our rooms although it was 4.30 pm and a lot of other guests who came after us were checked in without any delays. In talking with the other guests who were also asked to wait, it appeared that guests who did not pay full rack rates were assigned rooms after those who had paid the full rate. Although the front desks insisted otherwise, it was most inconvenient and as SPG members, we felt that the treatment was certainly not in line with the "Preferred Guests" status. January 2, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful stay Hotel was great from the minute we pulled our car up. Valet was very nice and check in was fast. we had a wonderful city view room but could still see the falls. It was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love that they have Starbucks, IHop and Ruth's Chris steak house all in the hotel. Since we were only staying one night it was perfect to have everything right there. Also most important a very short walk to the falls. July 28, 2014

The feedback I received from them was stella. They loved the hotel for it's cleanliness, the pleasant staff and it's location. Rated 4 out of 5 by Close proximity yo Niagara Falls - Ontario It was the perfect location to get to the promenade of Niagara falls on the Canadian side. The hotel parking is adequate across the street from the back of the hotel. There is valet option. There are numerous restaurants in the same building or adjacent to the Four Seasons July 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location, watch your prices This hotel is in a great location, in the centre of all Fallsview activities. Our room was spacious and comfortable, we had a great sleep. I would have preferred if our thermostat went down a bit lower than 68 degrees because it was so warm out. Food prices in the hotel establishments are out of control - admittedly a problem in all of Niagara Falls. Pancakes and eggs at IHOP should never cost $17.99.. Parking prices also a little steep - the empty lot across the street from the hotel shouldn't cost $15 either. Otherwise, a wonderful stay. July 22, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Morning wake up? The cleaning lady knocked on every door and hald loud conversations at 9 am asking people if they were ready to checkout / will they be leaving soon! Unnecessary if check out is at noon we should be left to sleep. We also asked for a crib at checkin and were told it would be up. The crib never arrived. Its quite far from all the happenings as well and i don't recal reading that parking was not on premis. July 26, 2014
