Rated 5 out of 5 by Twiggs Staff were very friendly and hotel is very clean
Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and neat. I found the soap dispensers a very good idea, it is more cost effective for the Hotel, but the body wash dispenser did not dispense as well as the shampoo and conditioner, not sure if it was blocked.
The coffee in the room was terrible, it would be good if they could change the coffee suppliers.
As we were on the 2nd floor, our window was facing the aircon or furnace and it was quite noisy when it came on. (Room 231)
We were very happy and we have rebooked to revisit again

Rated 4 out of 5 by pricha00 Good clean room..poor TV and faucet !!!
Very nice average size room with a nice upgrade to an inroom jacuzzi. Room was clean and bed freshly dressed. Two niggling issues, TV control system is frustrating, appears to be a function of the inhouse system and beyond hotel control. The other minor complaint -- the shower faucet was so stiff it was difficult to control the water temp. Overall I would still recommend this hotel. The amenites on site and within walking distance make this a great stay.

Went away with spouse and felt so disappointed after staying here for the night. When you have a problem the hotel should care more about you as a guest. It would be nice if we could've enjoyed our room/hotel more without any problems. It really ruins your romantic night. : (
Newer rooms are great if cleaned right.
In a nook is better than being in a main hallway in hotel.
Location is great for casino people.
Pool too stinky and smelly from chlorine.
Hot tub was not hot-more like 80*
Pool was freezing cold!!
Room was not cleaned right.
Had to switch rooms because furniture and carpet was stained and gross.
Ihop -prices are high and service sucks.

We stay at SPG hotels and the Four Points for our one-night stay in Niagara Falls. No thrill but comfortable, clean and staff very helpful. We would stay there again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Nicholio Too Noisy
When we checked in, they gave us a room on the 14th floor. I told them I had an email confirmation that we should be between floor 15-18. They quickly solved that issue and moved us to floor 15 but put us right beside the elevator. It was so noisy and we could hear everyone walking to and from the elevator. The room next to us was super loud and we called guest services to complain. Nothing came from that call because the room never quieted down. Also a big turn off is we could hear everytime someone in the room above or beside us used the shower/sink/flushed the toilet. It was a veyr noisy night, and for over $160 after taxes it was completely not worth it. Id rather spend the additional $50 and stay at the casino. And the worst part of all of this, when we checked out the manager didnt even ask if we enjoyed our stay! It was "okay, youre all checked out, thanks for staying with us. NEXT!" I will not be returning to this hotel.
