We really did enjoy the hotel, the location and amenities, staff were very good. The room however was not as clean as it should have been, cheerios were under the bed(just in front of the box frame), very obvious that no one had vacuumed there. Also hair on the shower...just gnerally needed more time.
I think the idea of having a choice for no cleaning service is good, however I hope it doesn't comprimise the cleaning.
I would definitely come back.

it stands out as one of the older hotels in the area and that's not really the major issue. 1st impressions are important and the door men didn't greet nor offer to help with luggage. One was hanging over a podium at the front door in a pair of wrinkled faded shorts and sweatshirt, the other pretty much similar attire. Its definitely not how you want to set the tone and atmosphere of a hotel. We weren't checking into a Motel 8.
Otherwise rooms were ok, bed was comfortable.
would never order starbucks again in the hotel as it was terrible - overpriced for a cold cup of coffee.

This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel and we keep coming back for a reason.
The staff are great, the price we get is great, The connection to the casino is great.
Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake is wonderful.
Our room was more than we would normally expect to have.

WORST HOTEL / MOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!
THE TOLIET FLOODED ALL OVER THE FLOOR... MINIUMLY CLEANED.... CHEER LEADING CAMP ALL OVER THE HOTEL... LITTLE GIRLS WARING NO CLOTHES WALKING AROUND THE HOTEL... PARTIES AND DOOR SLAMING UNTIL 2 AM!!!

Went away with spouse and felt so disappointed after staying here for the night. When you have a problem the hotel should care more about you as a guest. It would be nice if we could've enjoyed our room/hotel more without any problems. It really ruins your romantic night. : (
Pros:
Newer rooms are great if cleaned right.
In a nook is better than being in a main hallway in hotel.
Location is great for casino people.
Cons:
Pool too stinky and smelly from chlorine.
Hot tub was not hot-more like 80*
Pool was freezing cold!!
Room was not cleaned right.
Had to switch rooms because furniture and carpet was stained and gross.
Ihop -prices are high and service sucks.

The washroom ventilation was so loud when you turn it on that you have to shut it off right away. I brought my lint remover for my black dress and it fell to the carpet, when i pick it up there was a bunch of hair sticking to it that when I decided to roll it in the carpet to see how much hair it can pick up I was so disgusted that i have to throw my lint remover.
