Rated 4 out of 5 by Good deal, but no price matching! As a Loyalty member, I got the room at a fair price. But than a week later a better deal came up and I could not upgrade to it. As a Loyalty customer I felt royalty ripped. They said they had no rooms left in the promotion, but guess what, I had a room at the same $79.00 rate. I just wanted a change in the promotions or incentives.... not much to ask in my view. Also lack of sleep = fire alarm!! Can't blame the staff, but not what I paid for a quiet night away. did feel sorry for the people on the 17th floor and 16th and 18th. directions should have said proceed to the 15th floor by the stairwell because I am sure a lot of folks were trucking a lot further. Rated 2 out of 5 by poor service to whom it concerns on the weekend of jan.15 and 16 my wife and i came for a stay for our first anniversary at your hotel.we had booked a package deal whitch included coupons for ihop the steak house and magic show.after checking in i had to remind your staff that we had coupons coming to us all of which was in the computer but not handed out until they were reminded.second item was in the parking lot beside your hotel there is an all you can eat restaraunt.from 8 oclock untul 930 both nights we were there a laser light musical show was put on wiyh music so loud we thought they were in our room.we tried to call the front desk about the noise but could not get a response.when checking out on sunday morning i brought our concerns to your staff and they did not seem interested in our problems.my wife and i are building managers of 2 15 storey hi rises and work very hard.we came to your hotel for a weekend for our first anniversary and a week end of rest something we found hard to do with all the music noise.on saturday night around 1230 a.m. some young people ran down our floor banging on doors.again we tried to call the front desk and again got no answer.needless to say it was a weekend we will not soon forget.we are sure this is not the usual way you treat your patrons and hope our concerns will be taken seriously.i did spend a weekend in your hotel about 3 years ago and had a wonderful time that is why i picked this hotel for last weekend.a response from your hotel would be greatly appreciated but i also know we are only 2 of thousands of patrons who stay with you over the year . Rated 5 out of 5 by definately would return to this location The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable,,felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.. the bathroom amenities were awesome, no little bottles here. Install pumps, with high quality shampoo,conditioner and body wash. Very convienient. excellent internet! Would have liked more coffee creamers,but aside from that everything was awesome would definatley return. liked the different banks of elavators, so no stopping at all floors January 19, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Hotel in short proximity to Casino Fantastic Hotel and Great Service overall. Stayed at this location numerous times and always left with comfort and satisfaction. However, was advised wrongly by a staff with regards to Groupon Deals and the change in point system since my last visit. Ultimately, I did not get reward with SPG points for my days stayed and upgrades. Would suggest anyone to contact them via email for future reference. I would strongly recommend this hotel for convenience to Fallsview Casino. January 13, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by INVITING HOTEL We have enjoyed this hotel many times before and enjoyed it again this time. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. I have only one suggestion regarding the TIF. It shouldn't take three requests to have it removed from my hotel charges, once should be sufficient. Other than that it is a great place to stay and a fine experience.. January 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Convenient location, clean room My boyfriend and I booked a city-view King with Jaccuzi room for Sat. We arrived at 11am and the room was ready immediately for us. Rm was clean and big facing Casino. The Jacuzzi was wonderful. a bit small of the bathroom. Very convenience location. Only 2 complaints, The blinds cannot close, too bright in the morning and the elevators are a bit too slow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. January 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great post Christmas retreat with friends Had a great stay with friends at hotel . Rooms were neat and clean, plenty of clean towels , comfortable beds and complimentary bottles of water 2 per room. Easy wifi access too. December 29, 2015
