Rated 5 out of 5 by Best value for money! This is the second time I come to this hotel, and everything is as good as when I first came. The staffs are helpful, efficient and give me a warm welcome when I arrived; though my room is a little bit small, but it's neatly and clean; maybe the breakfast is a little bit simple, and some of dishes are out of service soon, I think this should be improved~ generally, I must say, for the low price, they fully meet my expectations, and I recommend this hotel if you need to stay at chengyang district. Rated 5 out of 5 by REcent Stay I find the location of the hotel very excellent for mine and my staffs visit to the Qingdao area. The service at the hotel is quite exceptional. The room is clean and well laid out for the business traveler. I would heartily recommend the hotel for any travels heading to the Qingdao or eastern Shandong area. J.W.White July 6, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Not Bad but... I stayed in Four Points by Sheraton Qindao, Chengyang for 4 days with my family. With regard to the room condition, it was good and clean. But I could find several hairs under the sink cap in the bathtub, which was very disgusting. You can easily miss that small part but it can give an indelible bad image to the guest. As for hotel staffs, I just want to give only one star to them. I could communicate wth them in English but it was quite difficult to make them understand what I wanted to say. When I asked if there is any place to use the internet service over the phone in my room, someone said "Yes" and I should go to the gym on the 2nd floor, but I couldn't find any computer there. When I asked a lady in the front desk if I could exchange Korean won to Chinese Won, she said yes. Then I brought some Korean won to the front desk later, the other lady said "No". When I asked something in English on the phone in my room, the lady who answered the phone spent a lot of time understanding my English and then she connected me with the other lady who can speak in English fluently. What a waste of time! The worst thing about the hotel was staff's service in the breakfast buffet restaurant. On the very first day, I had to pay for both of my kids' breakfast. The elder one is 6 years old and the younger one is 3 years old. On the second day, the other lady insisted that I should pay only for my kid who is 6 years old. On the third day, I could see both staffs I could encounter for the past two days then they made me pay for only one kid. When I showed the receipt which I got on the first day, they seemed to discuss in Chinese. Then they told me that I should pay for my two kids but it will be a kind of reward or compensation to make me pay for one kid. What a nonsense! Before I showed the receipt of the first day's breakfast, they decided to make me pay for only one kid. Then when I complained about their confusing kid's meal policy, they just told me that giving 3-year-old girl a free meal can be a reward. When I asked the other lady (who seemedto be a manager) to show me the kid's meal policy, she coudln't find anything to make sure if it was right. In the enld, they offered free meals for my kids on that day as an excuse for their confusing meal policy, but I felt very bad about it. It's very true that i should follow the hotel rules while I'm staying. I just wanted to know what's the policy in that restaurant and why the policy fluctuates every day. If they made a mistake, they just could say "Sorry" without saying a nonsense excuse. January 19, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst hotel in my life!!! When checking-in, SPG member counter is very busy about working for travel agency. So I waited for 10 min! And employee said that she was very busy, you use other counter! check-out is same situation. I think this hotel's SPG member counter is for travel agency, not for SPG member! And I clearly said "do not use currency conversion function, I'll use RMB pay for my credit card", but they used currency conversion function, so I payed 3-times, spent about 20 minutes.
