Rated 4 out of 5 by lpf46 Hotel staff is excellent - restaurant food is very good but staff needs improvement
We were in Biloxi for my daughter's wedding and we had a block of more than 20 rooms for our out-of-town guests. Elizabeth helped make all the arrangements and the front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, especially a young woman named Lynn. Our only disappointment was the restaurant/bar. We all ate there and the food was very good. But even though the website states that it is open until 11:00, guests were refused food at 9;30 and the bar stopped serving at 9;45 - 10;00 even though there were people still there. And some of the bartenders were rude to the guests - one even actually said she needed to get to a party and another night fixed herself a large drink after closing the bar to everyone else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SPG1 Excellent Four Points
This hotel is directly across the street from the ocean beach and walking distance to historical attractions. The hotel has the look and feel of a much higher end property than what is normally associated with a Four Points. The platinum breakfast option is anything off their full hot/cold breakfast menu (versus the limited cold continental breakfast of other similar properties).

Rated 5 out of 5 by GoldWolfe Pleased Both Stays!
Good location, and free shuttle until the early hours of the AM will come pick you up from close night life.
But food is also great at the in house Restaurant... and fairly priced to boot!
Friendly, Helpful, Accommodating staff !
Beach across the street is convenient if you like to take walks.
It'll be very unfortunate if the property is sold out of the Starwood Family!

Best deal in Biloxi for the price. I travel quite frequently and this staff was as good as I've ever seen; friendly and helpful, providing a personal level of service far exceeding the norm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by theboykin14 I will never stay at this hotel again.
At check in when we arrived, we stood at the front desk for almost 20 minutes before walking to the restaurant to see if someone could get an employee so we could check in. The room was fairly decent for the price, but the floors were disgusting. About 9pm we went to the restaurant in the hotel for a later snack and the food was horrible. One appetizer in particular-the chips and dip, was terrible. The chips were dripping grease and the dip tasted like it was poured out of a can. Lastly, we were charged upon arriving. I checked my bank account online the next day and the charge was over what I was expecting. Two weeks later another amount came out of my account. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I stayed at Sheraton in Key West, Fla., Atlanta, Ga., and New York City, this was the worst Sheraton. The carpet was loosen on the floor, poor lighting, poor ventilation, the shower slip guard needed replacing. I rate this location poor and would not recommend to family or friends.
