The staff were great and accommodating. The hotel is in a great spot for site seeing Bangkok. It is probably nicest four points I have stayed at. I would recommend staying here for the price and what you receive.

Relatively new hotel located in a 5 minute walking distance from Asoke BTS station. Nearby within10 minute walking distance are Terminal 21 and Robinson shopping place. Well trained staff to accommodate my needs.

Hotel is spacious, very clean and cosy, best of all it is less than 5 mins walk to Terminal 21 and BTS Station Asok which is great. For older folks, a 4-seater tuk-tuk is available to take you to train station.

In general, the hotel is clean and the service is good but the space is a little bit small.
I have been there for more than 5 times but have not get an upgraded room except last time which I use suite night.

Location is good. Near to BTS Asoke and terminal21.
Stayed on the 6th floor of the garden wing. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Concierge staffs are very courteous and helpful.
Overall,a great hotel !

1. I was given a room in front of the elevator. It kept ringing until late night.
2. The room had a gloomy look and worst of all right outside the window was a very shabby roof top with rusty pipes.

My experience was meet with slight dissatisfaction at several turns.
The meet and greet was polite, however I asked if I could get my room upgraded she said of course. My room turned out to be the basic room and was on the third floor. I had made a mistake when I booked the room online. I booked a smoking room, they couldn't even upgrade me to a non smoking room.
As I entered the room it was very nice until I turned on the faucet to the tube and lifted the auto plug unmanageable about of hair came up through the drain. I mean it was uncontrollable with a sprayer. Moved to the Shower.
Structurally, these are the thinnest walls ever in a hotel. I could hear everyone's conversation on either side of the room.
Check out is where it was bad. I called for my bags to be picked up at 8:50, by 0915 the bags had not been picked up.
The check out person could tell I was not happy and did her best to expedite me through. I was very impressed at her ability to take appropriate steps so quickly.
Overall, you could do worse for a hotel in this range however it would take some looking to find one.

I have stayed here innumerable times, and I am always impressed by the facilities, the staff attitudes, the comfort and the convenience of this hotel. It is now my hotel of choice here in Bangkok.

Good Hotel ...my 3rd stay ...
Check-in was a bit bad with Tan not exactly being updated with the requirements and making me wait. Else all was good.
Bfast was also v good so was the pool!

The hotel and the people that staff it are first rate. They antiicpate your needs and then meet them The make you feel at home when they adress you by name and ask if there is anything you need.

Located in one of Bangkok's preferred areas, with night life and eateries just around the corner. The room is spacious and clean, however, the selection of restaurants in the hotel is limited.

I was pleasantly surprised at the standard of the hotel and the excellent service of all staff at the hotel. Rooms were excellent. Will definitely plan another stay at Four Points by Sheraton.

Staff were so helpful. Very friendly. The location is also ideal - near enough to BTS/MRT etc but far enough away from the main road to be quiet. Ambar is a very relaxed place to unwind also.

Five star facilities at affordable rates . Great location, next to Terminal 21 and a few minutes walk to Asok SkyTrain and Sukhumvit MRT.
Nice new room.
Would definitely come back again.

This is my second time to return this hotel.I got Junior Suite and the room was good and comfortable.Spacious working area and desk and also hi speed internet is a real plus.

Room well looked after and always well cleaned. The breakfast is first class, plenty of variety. Beer Vault is always good especially during happy hour. The pool area is still a problem due to the jacuzzi jets still not working for over 12 months now. The pool ladder run was also broken and needs to be urgently repaired. The floor timbers next to the pool need to be repaired, because you can easily trip up. Ex pats seem to visit the pool area quite often, because buying lunch gives their children pool access. Whilst we were there, on 16 November, some of those children were throwing stones into the pool and even over the top of the building. God help anyone below. The parents did little to control their children and could not believe that their Asian Nanny was even encouraging them to throw stones into the pool. We ended up removing around 60 pebbles ourselves from the pool after their departure, Sadly another example of bad parenting god help society in 15 years time. Still returning in January and hopefully we will see some improvements around the pool area that will make the Four points almost perfect once again.

I was on a solo excursion trip to Bangkok on the month of May 2013 and stayed at Four Points for 4 days 3 nights. I've arrived early, and to my surprise, I was able to check in into my room at 1100 hours. Awesome. Walking up to my hotel room, the deco in the lobby and aisles looks very promising. Not knowing what to expect out of it, I entered my room and boy, was I amazed with what I see. The room was nicely designed, nice wall paper, nice setup, clean bathroom and all. The best part is the bathtub, I can watch the tele whilst dipping myself in tub. Sleep quality was excellent. Had one of the best sleep I've ever experience.
Location wise, it could not get any better. A short walk to Asok BTS and Terminal21 mall. All in all, you have everything within a stone's throw away. Not forgetting the complimentary tuk tuk ride provided by the hotel if you are too lazy to walk to nearby attractions.
Staff was helpful and attentive especially when it came to me asking for directions to certain locations in Bangkok. I have to take my hat off for Henry, from front desk. He went above and beyond to help me in any way he could.
