Staff are friendly and helpful. I have always had good experience with SPG properties and this was no exception. I however have 2 comments;
1. the hotel was booked out when I arrived (thankfully I had booked in advance) and all they had were smoking rooms (I am a non smoker). Though I do not really mind, it would help if the hotel had some air freshers in the room to reduce or eliminate the smoke smell.
2. during breakfast, I had noticed the restaurant staff spraying some sort of chemical on the tables before wiping them. I am totally fine with this practice except, there were uncovered milk jugs on every table (for the coffee/tea), was thinking it would be a good idea to cover them before spraying as it could contaminate the milk.

All of the staff, from the doorman to the front desk to the restaurant, were unfailingly friendly, polite, and helpful. Although I hadn't stayed there for 6 months, they remembered me. The hotel is well-maintained and within easy walking distance of a Skytrain station. The buffet breakfast is very good. Not quite as good as the Le Meridian, but better than the Westin.
My only suggestion is that when the rooms are cleaned after a guest departs, the cleaner should check the clock by the bed to be sure that the alarm is not set. Mine went off at 4 AM.

I stayed 4 nights here for a business trip, the location was good, central and easy access to many places, The local streets fair at night is so exciting, The hotel was great, new and clean. I love the decor of the lobby and the ambience for a relaxing stay. The wireless connection in the lobby was good. The restaurant, Eatery provided pretty good variety of food for breakfast. One thing that I complained to the hotel was that the hot water in the shower was not working, I arrived late and was tired thus the first night I bathe in cold water, On the second day I switch to using the bath tub, hot water was available, went down to inform the front office of the hot water issue in the shower, When I came back from office, the hot issue was fixed. Housekeeping could have informed the maintenance team of the issue had they tested it before the guest arrived. As a platinum member, I expect to get an upgrade for the room when I check in, however I was never offered. I like the hotel designs however I hope the "soft" side of the hotel can be improved.

The Sheraton Four Points is a very nice hotel for business travel. It is conveniently located near BTS and Subway stops. There are also many restuarants and a big shopping mall within walking distance from the hotel.

From the welcoming reception, to the attentive bell hops, to the beautifully appointed rooms and great recreation, food and bar service, your hotel met or exceeded our expectations. We had the opportunity to experience two different stays in your hotel during our trip to Thailand over this past month. We loved Bangkok and found the Four Point to be a great anchor to operate from. Our only complaint was having to pay extra for internet connection in our room. This should be part of the package. Next time in Bangkok we will visit you again.

Although centrally located, its not in the middle of chaos. The hotel provides a great pool side bar, fairly good gym and very very comfortable room, with great quality bed/linen, open bathroom with tub and is of a certain level of superior quality. Although haven't used frequently, the round the clock room service was quite good quality food too. Staff is great, as usual and they drop you off to nearby locations in their branded tuktuk.
Overall a great experience and I am a frequent visitor to this property.

I started staying in this hotel since Aug last year, for business trip. A nice, cosy hotel with great location. On my recent visit in Mar this year, I was greeted by staff upon arrival, by "Welcome AGAIN"! It was indeed a pleasant surprise. I arrived at 10am, not expecting to be able to check-in that early, but was given an upgrade and I was comfortably in my room before 10.30am. I took a quick lunch at the restuarant on ground level and the manager, name Prueng greeted me, saying welcome again. The service is commendable!

Location is excellent, if you want Sukhimvit Road. It's even better, in that it is a little way down a side street, and is therefore quieter.
In previous visits to Bangkok my wife and I have stayed at 4 different 5 star hotels (when I wasn't paying the bill myself!), and value for money this beats them all. The room was excellent, and the staff are very friendly yet very professional.
We didn't use the pool, but the location on the roof, with a bar, makes it as good as any 5 star hotel. I'll try it on my next visit.

During my last stay the air-conditioning unit broke - the maintenance guy tried to fix but couldn't. I was then moved to another room.
The move was efficient and everyone apologized, so the staff were good. But, due to the inconvenience it would have been nice if I had been offered something as an apology.
Also, there was a suite available during my stay but as Platinum I wasnt offered the upgrade.

I've stayed at the 4 Points Sheraton many times and each time I've received excellent service. The hotel staff is always very friendly and helpful with any questions or needs I have during my stay there. The rooms are always very clean and well maintained. I never worry about the room accommodations being excellent.

since this hotel opened 3 or 4 years ago i stay here always during my asian trips and i just can say: absolutly satisfied all the time, for this rate you will not find a better hotel in bangkok, friendly, helpfull stuff, clean big rooms with a wonderfull bed, delicious breakfast buffet, light and clean public areas, fast wifi, the hotel area is quite but when you walk 100m you are in the middle of bangkok life in sukhumvit road, skytrain staion asok is just 5 minutes away. all in all : A PERFECT HOTEL

The hotel is nice and clean but suffers from lack of SPG recognition I would like to love this hotel as its very good value for money and in quite a good location.
I have stayed three times and never asked for room UPG and have been given rooms that are the smallest in the world to very noisy and even a inter -connecting room on my last visit
The hotel is good if you do not belong to SPG as you will not be expecting any better ...
I will try the hotel again maybe it will be 4 th time lucky

The hotel is becoming very popular as evidenced by the fact that I arrived town a day early and not a room in sight :) Had to stay at a sister property for a night. The Four Points staff checked my luggage out of the other property and moved everything over and set it all up in my room while I was at meetings that next day. The hotels staff is welcoming and friendly and efficient in meeting all the needs and requests.

This is my second stay and it was every bit as good as the first; I ended up extending 3 nights.
SPG recognition gave me, amongst other things, happy hour (in fact 2 hours) at Beer Vault - great cocktails. Staff arranged, as before, reliable & efficient transportation at reasonable cost - in fact, they often recommended the best mode of transportation and drove me by the hotel's Tuk Tuk when the destination was close.
A well-managed hotel; I saw the GM once busy with staff behind the reception. And I'm most impressed with the courteous supervisor (the Tall Blond we named her) who, without fail, made every night the rounds amongst customers during Happy Hour at the Beer Vault, checked arrangements, directed staff and participated in service.
KEEP IT UP! No doubt I'll choose the hotel again.

From the moment you step in, you know that this is an unpretentious hotel. The staff, the room and the food, everything feels all at once practical and comfortable. In addition to its great location, my favourite thing about this hotel is the breakfast at the Eatery. I love the selection of Thai curries and local dishes. Breakfast in Thailand doesn't come anymore authentic than this! I love it! It trumps the breakfasts of all other SPG hotels in Bangkok. Just one area for improvement: I remember that Platinum guests used to be able to enjoy their cocktails at either Beer Vault or AmBar. But it is now just Beer Vault, which can get rather crowded during happy hours. I hope AmBar can be opened as an alternative venue for platinum cocktails. It's a really nice bar, especially on a nice clear evening.

I had a bad experience of changing 2 rooms on the same night finally allotted the third one. The front desk staff was kind enough to offer me late check out on the other day. My stay there was for one night 18/10/2013.

This is the first time I have stayed since the hotel opened a couple of years ago at which time it was not quite ready and the staff similarly so! I'm pleased to say it's now a polished product, front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent, the WiFi worked well so I could "work from home" while not at home! All good and I'd happily switch my BKK stays over without further thought! SPG recognition marked good not excellent as I didn't get an upgraded room!

This is my 5th stay here in the 2 years this hotel has been open. Quite disappointed this time.
-Toilet had chewing gum and some stuff in it when i checked in - yuck!
-I called the guest service multiple times and they did not respond - had to call again until things were done: eg. to check on my complimentary wifi as a SPG Gold; bring extra shower gel
-There is no shoe polish/mit anymore and the attendants with the cleaning trolleys didn't have any and couldn't help!? Cost cutting?

This was the first time that I have stayed at a Four Points hotel and have to admit, at first i was not sure if I wanted to stay. However, after staying at this Four Points hotel I will certainly consider this brand again.
The staff were exceptionally nice and the room and hotel overall were good. However, the room is quite large, but the shower area is rather small. For such a spacious room there could have been more thought into making some of that room available for the shower.

Just wanted to let you know that i travel very often and after staying in this hotel for one week i will hold others to your standard. this hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff i have ever experienced. i need not point out any individual because everyone from the parking attendent to the bar and eatery staff were amazing. Your from desk personnel were polite and professional even if the customers got a little flustered. i will stay at this hotel on all future trips.

Frequently visit BK and tried this hotel for first time. It's now my preferred hotel. Staff is extremely helpful, rooms very comfortable and a good size, and food very good. reasonable price. Only areas for improvement would be their wifi service (the free service disconnects every time you change floors or move around hotel requiring log in again), and computers in business lounge off lobby are constantly down or disconnected with net requiring front desk assistance.

I requested the Internet service in my room, however, the connection speed is really too slow, quite a number of web sites were blocked because of connection time out.
Though I have feedbacked this issue to your IT. Dept, but they didn't solve my problem at all! It had make the communication with my offices and customers very difficult!
The sink in toilet isn't designed well, either. Water always spilled outside the sink, and tap can knock your head when washing face.

Clean and spacious room with 2 double beds. Good for family with kids. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.
Buffet spread has good variety but taste need improvement. The bf price is overpriced!
Hotel is near Asok station which made travelling very convenient. Robinson & terminals 21 is just 5 minutes walk.
They provide free tuk tuk service to BTS too. Good for family with kids & elderly

This is my first visit to the hotel and I have to say its in a great location. The staff were very friendly. I did not visit the hotel bar or restaurant because there are so many places outside of the hotel to see. Overall nice but I have 2 issues. First, the hotel decor is very bright and not at all cozy. Second the aircon in the room seemed to only be Hot or Very Cold.. nothing inbetween. Apart from that its a good value for money hotel in a great location.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and each time thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well designed. The breakfast buffet is very good and there are a number of good choices in the hotel and nearby to eat. The staff are always friendly and now know me by name. Location is close to BTS and MRT. My wife and I plan to take a vacation in Thailand in January and we plan to make this hotel part of our travel plans.

i stayed in four points several times on business trip.
the hotel is well located, near shopping mall terminal 21 where i can find many choices of dinner places.
the hotel wifi is available every where from lobby, breakfast restaurant and in the room, but the signal is a bit weak in room.
the breakfast is generally okay, but i have to ask the chef to cook a boiled egg, this means 3 to 5 min wait - on the condition if the chef can understand what you want after all. and sometimes the staff deliver two (instead of one boiled egg), sometimes the staff doesn't bother to bring the egg to you.
the sound insulation of the rooms are not good. in general it's a quiet place, but that doesn't help if the guest couple in your neighbor room decides to have some fun...
the water basin in the toilet is kind-of clogged - took so long for the water to sink...

We stayed for one night at the 4 points before venturing to Hua Hin then returned to Bangkok to another hotel but were so impressed that we went back to the 4 points instead. We enjoyed the new design hotel. The roof top swimming pool was great for the kids and particularly loved the piped music throughout the hotel.
My only negative was charging one of my 3 children for breakfast as the small print only allowed breakfast for 2 per room.

- I liked the location of the hotel, which was close to the shopping mall "Terminal 21" and close to the public transport "Skytrain (BST)" and massage parlors and other local shops and known fast food stores and Seven/Eeleven stores and restaurants.
- The hotelroom (don't know which room I stayed, because my company paid for it) has a fresh young and trendy/modern interior.
The aircondition did his job quite well.
Bed was amazing!
Hotelroom had all the needed appliances, like electronic vault, ironingtable, ironing appliance, hairblower, wifi, media/sound player that came in very handy when you are travelling.
The downside was when I went to the bathroom and noticed a few lose hairflocks on the floor near the toilet. A few extra toiletpaperrolls near the toilet would also be quite convenient the next time. :)
Breakfast could use more varieties, like more Asian food, and also more fresh food and organic food.
