Rated 4 out of 5 by A Great Stay in a Great Location Frequently visit BK and tried this hotel for first time. It's now my preferred hotel. Staff is extremely helpful, rooms very comfortable and a good size, and food very good. reasonable price. Only areas for improvement would be their wifi service (the free service disconnects every time you change floors or move around hotel requiring log in again), and computers in business lounge off lobby are constantly down or disconnected with net requiring front desk assistance. Late afternoon promotion at BeerVault is very appealing. Nice setting at the rooftop bar with the nicest staff possible. I'll be back for sure. June 13, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thai Hospitality at its best. Excellent hotel in all respects.My fourth visit in last years. There's nothing I can fault with this hotel.The service top class ,food up to international standards . Rooms nice and big,sleep quality very good. The Beer vault serves international brands of beer and have long Happy hours. The coffee shop Wrapped,quiet and serves meals and snacks in great ambience. The breakfast and meals served at their restaurant Eatery really great. The Am Pm bar at the roof top is an excellent place to spend a relax evening with friends and family and drink the choicest cocktails. Overall a great hotel. June 7, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ceiling leaking then window leaking then wifi dropping As a gold member recently dropping from platinum membership, I found the hotel does not meet my expectation in term of experience. No room to upgrade when request it upon reservation a month earlier. Then provide my family a room with the water dropping at the middle of night. No one asked if it did impact my luggage underneath . They just fixed it in few hrs. Then it comes thunderstorm at the middle of next night, it comes rain water dropping from a leaking window. This time they can't fix it in short time and they ask me to change room. I checked the room and found the room is a bit worst class than the one I was taking, so I rejected.they not providing a better room for bad experience customer, how funny. Then wee found the in room wifi was down for the floor, then it comes the cable tv signal down the last day of my 5 nites trip there. The good things of the hotel is the location, room cleaniness and free tuk tuk ride. May 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bangkok Weekend Excellent location. Room was very nice - big and well appointed. Great to have coffee plunger with real coffee, not just instant coffee in the room. Would have been nice to have complimentary Wifi in room, but at least it was available in the public areas. Rooftop pool - lovely! Rooftop bar also great for a nightcap. May 20, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not really up to SPG best standards My first room (621) had an annoying humming noise coming from the air-con and I reported this to reception staff when I went out for a walk. On my return the staff member (male) reported that "the engineer" had checked it and corrected the fault. On my return to the room the humming was still very apparent (I thought this could be a problem with the compressor - which might soon burn out) and a different member of staff (female) changed my room (to 607). 2nd room OK apart from a very squeaky chair which staff said they would fix or replace (but never did). Towels very thin and small for a 4 / 4 1/2 star hotel. May 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel My wife and I checked into Four Points @ Sukhvmit from 15 to 18 May. The check in was fast and the Japanese intern coached by his manager was great. Conceirge staff was friendly and it was consistent throughout the past visits. Definitely a hotel that I will stay again when in Bkk. May 19, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Lousy Business Hotel i have stayed at this hotel many times, each time the wifi internet connection is less than desirable. connection keeps dropping and signal not good. the last time i stayed here, the wifi internet was down the WHOLE DAY!! no work can be done. its the worst hotel to stay if you want to do some work i have given feedback, hope they fix this wifi issue once & for all. none of the hotels i stayed in Bkk has this problem, this is getting from bad to worst !! management should look into this with highest priority or it will just lose business and i would definitely be telling others not to stay here i have recommended the hotel to my business friends but until this wifi issue is fixed, i will never do it again May 18, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good staff and location I stayed at this hotel 2 nights and everything was fine and met my expectation because the price I paid and more than what I expected. But,during the morning a bit noise and wake you up from the outside because my room was facing the factory site.The room I get was enhanced room.For Gold member I was unhappy the room which is they gave me,but the rest of thing like services,the size of the room and SPG recognition were good . Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Friendly Staff Just wanted to let you know that i travel very often and after staying in this hotel for one week i will hold others to your standard. this hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff i have ever experienced. i need not point out any individual because everyone from the parking attendent to the bar and eatery staff were amazing. Your from desk personnel were polite and professional even if the customers got a little flustered. i will stay at this hotel on all future trips. May 5, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice staff but poor hardware The hotel is at a very good location which is just a 3-minute walk from BTS and MRT. Rooms are nice and comfort, but I was hurt by a small plastic fragment which was next to the bed. Housekeeping staff should pay more attention on that. Internet connection was out of service suddenly and it is totally unacceptable for unable to reach in-room. Staff provided immediate action on changing rooms but finally it changed 2 times for a room only have poor reception on Wifi. Suspension of electric supply on the date of departure was only informed in room after I checked in, but not well informed when I had the booking. May 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by great location - but too many building problems Wonderful site near BTS and T21! Staff, especially Tui on front desk, tried hard. But the power was out for repairs for 2 hrs as I checked in. Had to change room due to water problems that needed repairing 1-3am one night. And phone to HelpCentre wasn't answered. And wifi internet signal on 7th floor very weak, sometimes out. Pool under repair so closed, and bar shut one night for private party. May 4, 2013

It might be a Cat 2 but it treats it's members like they are a Cat 4. Rated 3 out of 5 by Mixed feelings after 3 visits The hotel is nice and clean but suffers from lack of SPG recognition I would like to love this hotel as its very good value for money and in quite a good location. I have stayed three times and never asked for room UPG and have been given rooms that are the smallest in the world to very noisy and even a inter -connecting room on my last visit The hotel is good if you do not belong to SPG as you will not be expecting any better ... I will try the hotel again maybe it will be 4 th time lucky April 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by nice hotel in bangkok Sheraton 4 point in bangkok represents good value for money. Clean, tidy nice rooms at affordable prices. Good range of facilites and nicely centralised location. Reception staff responsive and helpful. Only limitation is that room service (food) is a little slow. That said, food is good and wide ranging from western to eastern. Though in busy part of town, the rooms are very quiet with good aircon and so easy to sleep. April 19, 2013
