The location is great. Room is big and nice. Front desk and concierge staff all very friendly and nice.
The room has a damp smell and the air conditioning does not seem to be functioning very well. Sometimes it is cold and sometimes it is warm.
All day dining f&b staff are not attentive. There was only 1 table of 4 people seated and already dining. My partner and I stood at the entrance waiting for a good 5 minutes before we were seated. And we were not provided with menus, waited another 5 minutes before they arrived. Then my partner's food arrived while mine took a good 10 to 15 minutes later and by then my partner's food was cold. The staff stood there chatting with the cooks in the kitchen while we looked at them in askance for my food.
Overall experience was bad at the all day dining!

Honestly, First impression wasn't good.
Because of the air conditioner's condition. It wasn't working well and room was so humidity, But they tried to fix it once receipt a complaint. Also during stay, I got a cold and high fever and asked to concierge that thermometer and medicine. They gave me that immediately and offered me a hospital if I want. That was good.

I love this hotel, staff and locaiton. But I have to write feedback on here before I forget. The shower seems to take forever to heat up. Sometimes, for 10 minutes I run it and it won't get hot. It just gets a bit warm. And I know which way is hot or cold since I have stayed in many rooms there. So, if they could fix this problem, it would not only help with more efficient work prepping time, but also save tons of fresh water and energy to pump it.

Our flight arrived very early but it was not a problem to check in before standard check in time. Thank you very much for that. The hotel itself is very clean and modern.mthe staff is very friendly as well.

To all the staff at 4 Points thank you very much for making my stay in your hotel so wonderful. It's great to be remembered from the person at the door to the chick-in staff.I don't expect too much but when i get something like a upgrade.it's great thank you to the staff at check-in.

this hotel is a good value for the price. Convienant location near BTS and Terminal 21. Clean facilities and pleasant staff. The only draw back is that both exercise bikes in the fitness room were inoperable.

I recently spent 6 nights at the hotel and couldn't be more impressed. The service from all staff members was excellent and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the pool and rooftop bar which is a little oasis in this city. Stefano behind the AM bar did a fantastic job to attend to my/our requests. Will stay there again.
