The bedding was comfortable, the shampoo/conditioner/gel dispensers were unique,room coffee was fun,free bottle of water was nice,bartender was very personable and attentive, food was edible but not over the top-main entree did not come with soup/salad/bread...looking forward to returning

Nice hotel close to I-94 for travel to from Chicago / Detroit. Friendly staff, nice small bar, had Bell's Oberon on tap. Good for small meetings or quick business trip.

I had the best sleep ever at your hotel. The room was so quiet and the mattress and pillows were out of this world. I'm going to try and get the same room on our way back. P.S. Sorry for removing the mattress cover but I needed to know who makes such great bedding.

I normally do not reviews, but compelled to do so in this case. I am an SPG Gold Member, Hilton Diamond and travel for work 150 nights a year. This hotel way below my expectations for any hotel especially a starwoods property. When I arrived the front desk staff was very nice, but did not acknowledge my standing with SPG or offer my complimentary upgrade which was not a huge issues. However, when I got to my room, that is when the issues started. There was hair in the bathub from a previous guest as well as hair all over the duvet cover. Instead of offering me a new room, they sent housekeeping up to inspect the duvet and bathroom. They cleaned the bathtub and put a new duve on the bed, but as you can expect, the damage was already done, I could not sleep in what I preceived to be a dirty bed and ended up spending the night in the chair. Based on that alone, I would not reccomend staying at this hotel. However, the food in the restraunt was good. Based on the pricing for this hotel, you should expect a great deal more for your money.

Thank you for the excellent design and the excellent accommodations .
The staff was well trained and friendly the lounge was excellently staffed food was great and the rooms were comfortable. By far the best bed I have slept on in a hotel. Thank you

could not find room in Battle Creek - only a 15 minute drive and well worth the price - very clean rooms, spacious lobby/bar area, kids enjoyed the indoor pool (large and very nice). Overall will make it a point to stay here when back in the area.

Room updates were nice. Bed was clean and comfortable. Carpet was a bit nasty. We were only at the hotel for about 10 hours including sleep time, so I can't really comment on anything but the room. I would stay here again.

This hotel is nicest than most Sheratons I have stayed at. The staff is so accomodating and the room sizes are great. Really no need to leave hotel once there unless commuting for work. Only downfall is restaurant not open for lunch.

We spent four days at this location and everything was great. Room was very clean and pleasant. Staff pleasant and very helpful at all times. Food staff efficient in serving additional breakfast items and always smiling.

Quick stay - front desk personnel very blasé - breakfast/buffet understaffed questioned the value. One gal working the entire room very polite but completed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the busy am crowd.

This is the second week in a row that the WIFI has not been working. Last week I had to call the IT company and wait for half hour to get it fixed for my room. This week it's still not fixed and it kept disconnecting.

Clean, room had micro/refrig and was cleaned very promptly daily without interfering with our business schedule. Stayed 5 days.
Breakfast buffet very good.

Although our stay was just one night, it was well worth it. Very clean and friendly place to be. The bed was suck- you- in soft. The staff was well trained and informative.

Clean, fresh rooms. Food and service from restaurant/bar was superb. Friendly, courteous staff. Definitely going back and would recommend to friends and family.

The room had dirty carpet with stains. Only half of the channels on the tv came in. Bathrooms dirty with hair all over the place. Yuck! Come on people! Keep your hotel clean!

The bed made the stay worthwhile. The place was clean. The only thing that did not meet my expectation, for the price paid for the room, was that they did not offer a complimentary continental breakfast.

I have stayed at your hotel for 4 months and enjoy your staff; however, anytime it rains I have 4-6 inches of water to wade through to get to my car - not acceptable!

Very unsatisfactory...booked suite for our anniversary. Had issue with using our points because of the type of room we requested....none of the communication prior to our booking the room ever mentioned that some rooms could not be paid for with points. And don't even get me started on the restaurant and the waiter who worked there (and I use the word "worked" very loosely here). Needless to say, we never even got a cup of coffee (because there was no coffee in the urns or cream or cups for that matter) and forget about the breakfast that was supposed to be included in our rate. I went to the front desk, advised my unhappiness, the young lady deducted $25 from our final bill and we packed up and left for home. We should have been spending our anniversary, which is today, with a nice meal, a bottle of wine and a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. Oh, well....maybe next anniversary. Will never stay here again and will make sure we tell anyone else going to that area not to either. The young ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating Saturday morning and our meal at the restaurant the evening before was excellent....other than that, not happy with this visit at all.
