Rated 4 out of 5 by Bad Bed Ever since discovering that Sheraton beds are the most comfortable ones I have ever slept on, I have chosen Sheraton whenever possible..............but not this bed!!!!! A thick wrinkled pad under the sheet created a very bumpy surface which kept me awake most of the night. This, otherwise perfect, Sheraton was a disappointment for this reason. July 1, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by The stay was great till my last day Of all the times that I have stayed at a Four Points I have always enjoy my stay. The only problem I had this time was on the last day of my stay a young man that had check-in that morning was giving my room and walk in on my husband and me. After speaking with the ladies at the front desk, the problem was resolved,the staff was very apologetic. April 1, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Comfortable beds I stay at this location frequently for business. The staff is very nice and congenial. This stay was marred by the fire alarm going off and 3:30 in the morning for at least 40 minutes. Another guest told me it had been going off when she checked in two days prior. I was disappointed that they hadn't taken care of the problem at that time. February 3, 2013

With only a couple of days in Kalamazoo, I had little time to spend at the Four Points hotel, but the few hours that I was there were awesome, thanks to the clean and comfortable room and bed that was like being in a cloud. I found the property very quite despite being located near an interstate highway. Staff was very friendly too. September 22, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Impressive Overall We came up for a one night get away, and were very impressed. The room was great, and every staff member we met was extremely helpful. The bartender went so far as to give us a bottle opener that belonged to him personally when we were looking for one. We will definitely be back to Kalamazoo soon, as well as to the Four Points. Rated 4 out of 5 by Fire Alarm issues this is the second time I have stayed here that the fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night. I have always enjoyed the staff, and found my rooms comfortable, but cannot stay here if I can't get a good nights sleep. Fire alarms going off at 2:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. make working the next day extremely difficult. February 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing We were gathering for my mother's 82 birthday, so I needed more than one room. For each room I booked, I was charged more. Once we got there, there were problems with the broken drain in the skin, the broken coffee maker, and the broken air conditioner. It was not worth the extra money. June 10, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Fashionably Comfortable The bedding was comfortable, the shampoo/conditioner/gel dispensers were unique,room coffee was fun,free bottle of water was nice,bartender was very personable and attentive, food was edible but not over the top-main entree did not come with soup/salad/bread...looking forward to returning November 10, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lacking I normally do not reviews, but compelled to do so in this case. I am an SPG Gold Member, Hilton Diamond and travel for work 150 nights a year. This hotel way below my expectations for any hotel especially a starwoods property. When I arrived the front desk staff was very nice, but did not acknowledge my standing with SPG or offer my complimentary upgrade which was not a huge issues. However, when I got to my room, that is when the issues started. There was hair in the bathub from a previous guest as well as hair all over the duvet cover. Instead of offering me a new room, they sent housekeeping up to inspect the duvet and bathroom. They cleaned the bathtub and put a new duve on the bed, but as you can expect, the damage was already done, I could not sleep in what I preceived to be a dirty bed and ended up spending the night in the chair. Based on that alone, I would not reccomend staying at this hotel. However, the food in the restraunt was good. Based on the pricing for this hotel, you should expect a great deal more for your money. The staff was well trained and friendly the lounge was excellently staffed food was great and the rooms were comfortable. By far the best bed I have slept on in a hotel. Thank you April 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice hotel could not find room in Battle Creek - only a 15 minute drive and well worth the price - very clean rooms, spacious lobby/bar area, kids enjoyed the indoor pool (large and very nice). Overall will make it a point to stay here when back in the area. March 25, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Almost perfect This hotel is nicest than most Sheratons I have stayed at. The staff is so accomodating and the room sizes are great. Really no need to leave hotel once there unless commuting for work. Only downfall is restaurant not open for lunch. December 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good place to stay Room updates were nice. Bed was clean and comfortable. Carpet was a bit nasty. We were only at the hotel for about 10 hours including sleep time, so I can't really comment on anything but the room. I would stay here again. June 19, 2013
