Droped in late night wid my friends on eve of friendship day... in eatery!at lobby level.... quite a chick and relaxing atmosphere,Staff was super attentive, and suggested quiet of few options, service was really good, and quick. Staff at front desk were seems to b unaware of all the things happening!! and was lacking a smile!! apart from this.,service was really quick, and was with a smile and style... even though it was late night, and quiet of staff gets tired. the only thing is, mid night menu is very restricted! else, everything was awesome.. would like to visit again..

I have been to this hotel various times and I must say the staff is very helpful. The SPG programme recognition (I am a Platinum) is excellent. Also the hotel does not make a fuss about early check-in. If they have a room they will oblige and will not point out the check-in/checkout timing rules. Food is value for money. For example a Non-Veg Club sandwich with the usual fries and salad toppings costs 10$. Room service and house keeping needs are promptly met with accurate efficiency.

This is a starwood hotel and have all amenities in place and some non functional.The airconditiong in the hotel needs to be upgraded or fixed as the room temperature being between 21-25 degree in winter is not acceptable and outside ambient temperature much better than the room.Internet access is slow and have ups and low.Avoid this hotel in summer at any cost and unfortunately after having such a nice staff and everyone trying to help you in every aspect the stay at the hotel made me miserable because of the room temperature and basic facilities like internet.

It was my 2nd Stay in Four Points By Sheraton . I had a comfortable stay.Food was very delicious especially in the BBQ and the staff was very cooperative and very humble. The ambience of the hotel was very good also the rooms were well maintained .overall , Four Points provides uniquely comfortable stay for the traveller .It is ideally located at nagar road ,very near to the airport . Number of malls in the vicinity of the hotel adds to the fun factor .The Four Points provides great value for money ... :)
love to stay there in future also ;)

Though I stayed for 1 night only, I liked the experience. The room was nice and comfortable. Only recommendation is to keep some writing paper in the room.
The restaurant buffet spread was nice both during dinner and breakfast. The kebabs as starters for dinner were excellent. And the cheese omlette during breakfast was out of this world.
Had a nice stay overall.
I would like to suggest you people to have more speciality food weeks. For example there is a good Parsi community in Pune. You could have a Parsi food week.
I have been to Little Italy restaurants in Pune and they do roaring business. You could have a continental food festival.
Likewise no hotel does it, but since I am a Sindhi I would recommend you hold a Sindhi food festival. There are several food items which are peculiar to the sindhi community.
This would attract people from these specific communities to your hotel for food. I particularly liked the food hence this recommendation.

The ac in my room stopped cooling around 1 am and even aftr reducing the temperature to 18 degrees but it didnt help.
I ordered a chicken breast with stuffing with a side of musroom risotto.There were only mushrooms in the risotto and no rice. The chicken breast had no stuffing except for 2 bits of tomato / carrot / chilli ( not sure what it was).The avocado curd was watery and had no taste.Also ordered the key lime cheesecake but it was too tart and had a little bitterness which i did not like but im not sure if that is how it normally tastes.

Great Location for shopping and having fun around Pune. Very close to the airport. The Hotel facilities are great and modern and the staff is just amazing. They could do a little better on the activities front for kids, but besides that a total win win. will definitely go back there soon.

we spent 3 nights at the hotel over a long weekend - and while the facilities were top-notch, the staff wereu bit unprepared for the chaos when the hotel was packed to capacity.
they did however adapt quickly - all credit to them for that.
overall a very enjoyable experience!

Breakfast served was poor quality especially south Indian dishes. Staff was struggling to serve the long weekend rush - the response time in restaurant was bad - cutlery was missing, chairs were missing etc. Staff was courteous but was quite amateurish.
Toilet flush was leaking and the bathroom was mostly wet due to this.

Prachi and team did a great job to fulfill all our requirements given that we had a small baby...service is excellent and hotel rooms are good..overall great value for money compared to other starwood hotels in pune. Highly recommended!

Good Hotel, perfect for crashing after late night partying. Cars are parked on the site. There is food available 24 hours. Staff are kind and courteous. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean. Sheets and Linen clean.

I think the courtesy and friendliness of the staff is distinct compared to the innumerable business or even luxury hotels I have stayed in. The services offered to the business traveller - airport and office transfers, wi fi etc are excellent. The rooms are aesthetic and well maintained. The food is excellent. I am overall delighted with the hotel.

I stayed from 02/12/11 to 05/12/11 in room no. 617. First thing to mention was staff are not so good to customers. Depends on the physical appearance they are respecting the customers and which is very bad on your part. I think if i wan't to re-visit again then i have to come in suit and a BMW car. For picking-up from the airport they sent a very untidy car & which is very old one. In room dining taking more then 30minutes to deliver. on 02/12/11 night i ordered a hot bournivata milk and they supplied me in mild and too sent spoiled one. I had one sip and kept for sometime and when i tried to have it the milk was broken. I had a severe omit in the night. On 03/12/11 i ordered hyderabadi chicken biryani which was taste less & chicken pieces are to dumm but they kept tandoori pieces in that and sent it to my room. Being from hyderabad i know how the biryani tastes. I stayed in all the westin & fourpoints in India but the quality of food was not upto the mark.

very friendly and accommodating staff with an extra mention for Ashish, I called him our guardian angel. He organized an outside car to take us where we wanted to go, made sure the driver fully understood our requirements and even gave us his cell number to contact him if we had any issues.

As a frequent guest ( 7 times the last 8 month) , I got a very good service from any one from the stuff that always tried to be helpful for any case or concern and later on followed up that the issue resolved.

My stay at the Executive Suite at Four Points by Sheraton was excellent. I also availed of the Spa services at the hotel and they were very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast at Alfresco was good, although service can be improved especially during peak hours. The a-la-carte menu was good too, although pricey.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will definetely visit again.

No where even close to be called a sheraton hotel.
- I stayed from 11th Apr,12 to 13th Apri,12. The body lotion kept in restroom had expired in Aug,11 ! I have carried the tube back home to keep as souvenir. I can understand had it been an inadvertent incident. But more painful is the fact that the hotel had smartly put a sticker on the expirty date portion. This clearly shows that the intentions are not right.
- The rooms donot have even basic articles like dental kit, shaving kit, laundry bags. On asking the housekeeping boy and to his supervisor they both shrugged and went off!
- First time I have seen a hotel serving rice, biryani's in breakfast.
- The Khaman-dhoklas were stale and re-used. Other food items are also re-used. one can easily make this out.

Needs Improvement in service front.
1) I have visited so many hotels and a regular gust of Ahmadabad Four point, first time a hotel has asked for the credit card details at the time of check in which seems that you are not trusting the guest who booked in your hotel.
2) The Room service is very slow. To get something we had to call 2 -3 times and room service nos are always busy hence we have to call gust service and then they pass the requirement to room service.
3) Hot water was not available in the room for bath. We had to call the Gust service & then they arranged water in buckets which was again a horrible experience.
We have never faced any kind of problems in Ahmadabad Four Points which we faced in Pune.

I would like to thank Mr.Joe and his team for the most memorable hotel stay in my life to date. The kind of care and support you and your team took of us was beyond extraordinary.
As we moved from Bangalore to Pune on a relocation, and required some special care due to my 1 and ½ months old daughter, was taken care promptly and with utmost care like someone like at home.
I have travelled around the world, and incidentally never stayed at any Sheraton property, this gave me an opportunity to explore something new and now I will make it a point to stay at Sheraton Property whenever I travel.

I've been staying at this hotel for the last 6 months or so and have always got excellent service from all staff - from the reception to housekeeping. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I like the fact that the bathroom is simple and easy to clean. The gym is good for this kind of hotel. I've not tried the pool but it looks good. I would definitely stay in this hotel again - its like staying with family!

hotel is strategically located on nagar road and 500 meters away from phoenix mall - the best mall in pune. The hotel staff is very humble & helpful especially - Ashish the guy who handles the front office desk. The only drawback about the property is that they don't have Subscription to SET MAX package & CNN IBN channel, which means no IPL & no access to English number one news channel.

areas of improvement
1) airconditioning inside the room to be improved. I stayed in room no 730. The temperature was set at 19 and it was very chil when I checked in. Even hours after resetting it to 24, it does not clock up to even 20 degree celcius. I had to call the service person who did something and after that it reached 24 degree. When I wanted to reduce the same to 22, I reset it but it did not clock down even to 23 after many hours. it should be rectified.
Steam facility for Gents in the SPA should be checked. even after 10 minutes, no proper steaming is coming inside the designated room.
