We were here for leisure and as always choose Starwood as i have a SPG membership and has booked on festive offer which was going on . As the room was on double occupancy front desk asked me was the id of my sharer which is necessary and i agree and i told her that we will give it when my sharer checks in to which she agreed.But it does not mean you ask and id every time you she the guest in the lobby. my sharer gave the id when she checked in and surprisingly we were asked for the id again at check out. we told the gentle man at checkout that we have given it and were asked almost 4 times for the same and he said it was not scanned properly . i dont mind giving it again but you should atleast apologize if a guest is complaining about something . Also we had 2 pints of beer included in our package and when asked for the operator said you have to come down to 1st floor bar to have it when asked why and what difference does it make since it was included in the rate, after that it was sent to the room.
Apart from this issues the food at the hotel is really Good. We enjoyed the Biryani we ordered from room service and staff at breakfast were really attentive .

I have booked 2 room on my name and the total bill was paid by me 2 month passed I have no updates

Excellent stay, courteous and helpful staff. Lovely buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious. The hotel`s location is an added advantage.

The warm hospitality extended by the entire hotel staff starting from the front office at the time of checkin is exemplary. Mukesh, as always is all ears for anything to make you stay even better and his attention to detail is immaculate. Arnab at the restaurant was at his usual responsive best and always ready to go the extra mile with a smile. It's a home away from home! Keep it up!

During my previous stay, I had given my comments on the poor vegetarian fare in the dinner buffet, not being suitable for indian tastes. This time it was very good and enjoyed the food. Breakfast fare was also very good.
Liquor charge rates are quite high.
Counter and restaurant staff were very courteous.
Airport pickup was efficient.
The very small quantity, welcome drink is too sugary and not suitable for diabetics.
Check the hotel reservation voucher in detail. They might not link the payment made while making the reservation and hence encounter a problem at the time of check out, delaying your departure.

I had a great experience while I stay here. Staff in the restaurant 'Alfresco' are polite. Pawan was very friendly. The buffet is really good. If I have a chance to go back to Pune, Definitely this is the place where I will stay!

Four Points Shreaton Pune stands out for its great location, chic ambience and prompt service. Hospitality and efficiency levels of the staff are commendable. The service apartments offered by the hotel are perfect for families fitted with all amenities and comfortable living, dining and bedroom (with separate TVs) to provide the comfort of home.
The food at the coffee shop and Pan-Asian restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes for foodies. The Bar seems to be buzzing even on weekdays due to great offers and young and lively patrons. Mr. Vijayan, General Manager ensured that we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Thanks to the entire team for making it a great trip!
