I booked with a group of 21 people and the hotel was amazing, too bad I can't say the same about the staff, I had sent an email to Teresa and was told she would look into it for me and I never heard back from her, almost all of our group who had to deal with Melissa at front desk found her to be a rude and unfriendly person...but I can say, staff in restaurant were Wonderful!...even though I couldn't bite through the Veal Panini I ordered and had to send it back, which I have to say was replaced with a pizza at no charge, but that was a good thing as that was burnt on bottom!...the wine and appetizer was great!

First night was the toughest - everything that I need broke! AC only blowing hot air, electrical outlet, Fridge not working, phone not working, hairdryer not working, tub has soap on it and I almost fell and fridge is dirty! Reported to front desk first thign in the morning, everything got taken care of before I get back to room in the afternoon, except fridge. Have to get to front desk again to ensure I get to toiletries and have some one cleaned out the frige.
My stay was 8 nights, I can tell that housekeeping might be done by different people during different days, on some days quality is better than others.
One area need imprveoment - having individual shower gel/shampoo/conditional bottles are far better than the dispenser! That can be dangerous! Also the housekeeping didn't clean that up well, looks disgusting at times.

My wife and I had the most enjoyable stay at the Four Points in Niagara falls. It is a fantastic hotel, great food and great people.

Immaculate hotel located on the water. Very boutique looking. Clean rooms very comfortable, friendly staff.

I needed to fall asleep with a pillow on my eyes to eliminate the strobe affect from the smoke detector directly over the bed. Terrible location indeed!
