After looking for hotels in or near Niagara falls this one seemed best, while rooms are decorated nicely, staff was rushed, hallway noise is loud and a glass of juice is $4, bowl of cereal $5. Room itself is expensive, but add on breakfast and I should have stayed closer to the falls. We will not stay again.

Once again we were satisfied with the services provided. Although we did not get a room upgrade as an SPG gold member.
We get a room on the eighth floor (SPG floor) although the rooms are small but quite nice, clean and comfortable.
We will return again and hope next time get an upgrade.

This hotel is beautiful with a terrific boat "taxi" that can take you on an evening sail on the Niagara River. Pool is fantastic as were the wait staff in the restaurant and bar. Rooms are clean and comfortable and front desk very welcoming and gracious.

The hotel is staffed with friendly professionals. Menu choices are reasonably priced and delicious. The salads are amazing. The pool area is very clean. We loved the comfortable couch / chairs to sit and visit. You can take some beautiful sunset pictures from the boardwalk.

This hotel definitely met my expectations. The only complaint: there were spots on the carpet which should have been cleaned as they were very much noticeable.

... right by the falls. it's a great place to overnight if you are planning a quick getaway to the falls. the staff were pleasant and welcomed us with a big smile and some drinks.

Great deal for getaway. Hotel comped bottle of wine and appetizer. In addittion, provided credit for local casino, yet no shuttle. Alan provided great service in dining room, and Jamey the manager held us captivated with her stories of the hotel past.

The hotel was clean, well staffed, friendly and most accomodating to changes in reservations due to inclement weather. The restaurant served top shelf meals and was reasonably priced. It made a surprise visit back to Niagara Falls so pleasant.

I choose Four Points, as our place to stay on the day of our engagement and winery tours. Your staff was great. We had dinner in your restaurant and it was superb. Our waitress after learning of our engagement was genuinely thrilled for us and made us feel like a King and Queen. She made our day even more special. We stayed on the 8th floor facing the river, it was beautiful. Thank you for adding to our already perfect day.

The first thing we would like to mention is the King suite where you can enjoy after a long day of shopping in the Whirlpool. The jet is excellent in spraying the bubble to massage thoroughly the legs and arms.

Was on our way to toronto, used this hotel as a half way point. Have stayed here before and have always enjoyed the service and location. Although they had sports teams in house they were very accomadating.

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, from the the front desk to the security staff. Even with a large wedding in the hotel the regular hotel guests were well taken care of.

Lovely hotel and very accomodating staff.
Stayed at a different Sheraton closer to the falls and that hotel was a complete disaster.
This is an outstanding hotel.

Could hear every door open on entire floor all night long. Couldnt sleep 10 minutes
Beds too hard and pillows terrible.

have stayed many times at Sheraton hotels in Niagara Falls,New York, but Four Points my favourite. Nice hotel, good staff. Only disappointment was went to watch Monday night football game in bar and game not on,no beer specials at all,and no draft beer like "Bud light" or "Coors light".Had one Stella @ $5 and left to local bar for football game and beer specials.Minor complaint but perhaps something that needs to be addressed,thanks

This was one of the best service experiences I have had in recent years. Every staff member was accommodating and friendly. I felt welcomed and very well taken care of during our brief one night stay. The thing that needs improving is the sound in this hotel. It was so loud in our room whenever anyone was outside our door or when a guest in an adjacent room made any noise. The HVAC unit definitely needed some TLC. Every time it came on throughout the night it woke us because it was sooooo loud. Even though I did not have a great night's sleep, I would stay here again because the customer service was superb. I will just bring earplugs next time!

Stayed (4) nights on SPG Rewards and made a "green choice"; however, did we not realize that not even the trash is emptied during the entire stay. Compensated on check out with SPG points - Thanks
Breakfast Buffet was great.
A little too much noise - you could hear other guest slamming doors at all hours of the night - could be a bit better sound proof.
We enjoyed our stay in Niagara Falls.
Abe was excellent, he helped us each day to navigate the town - He's an asset to his employer.
Great Location if you get a river view room.
Do not make a "green choice" if you want your bed made, trash emptied, refills of coffee, water, towels, toiletries, etc.

We were just looking to relax and maybe go to the Seneca Niagara Casino, which we did. It was just a short drive. This was a wonderful trip from beginning to end. The only thing I didn't like was the faucet in the room! LOL That darn thing was so darn hard to turn on, but I got used to that. The rest of my stay was terrific! The staff was so accommodating and pleasant. The room was very clean, which I was thankful for.

Hi, this was a shopping weekend stay for us and we found the hotel to be well equipped. As an SPG member, we used part reward and part points and had one of the biggest rooms in the hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the restaurant. Pasta was done very well.
Unfortunately they had a plumbing problem the evening when we had our shower as the water had less pressure than ideal. We didn't complain but when front desk as how our stay was, they made a gesture that said they'd like us back - we were given some credit.
The fitness center provides earbuds (nice) but the water cooler was empty and two of the four TVs on the machines were not working

I booked with a group of 21 people and the hotel was amazing, too bad I can't say the same about the staff, I had sent an email to Teresa and was told she would look into it for me and I never heard back from her, almost all of our group who had to deal with Melissa at front desk found her to be a rude and unfriendly person...but I can say, staff in restaurant were Wonderful!...even though I couldn't bite through the Veal Panini I ordered and had to send it back, which I have to say was replaced with a pizza at no charge, but that was a good thing as that was burnt on bottom!...the wine and appetizer was great!

I would like to recognize and thank the front desk staff,( you know who you are)...for there helpfulness, professionalism, on my recent stay at the Sheraton 4 Points Niagara Falls NY on Monday night. Not very often one checks into a hotel and is greeted by nice, courteous, knowledgeable staff at the front desk as I expierenced on Monday night at around 19:00. Thank you again, and I will be DEFFINATELY staying in the Sheraton 4 Points Niagara Falls again, and will highly recommend hotel to friends and anyone travelling to the Falls in the future. Also, I will use my extensive array of media contacts to recommend this facility as well.
