Rated 2 out of 5 by Broken beds A lot of things were broken. TV didn't work right. Beds were awful. A/C smelled musty. We had to change rooms from a king to double queen because the bed was sunken on one side. The new room wasn't much better. The two queens also had one side sinking on each. That forced my wife and I to sleep apart. Not good. The A/C still was musty. TV worked but there was no in room safe. That should be a standard amenity nowadays. No microwave either. Also it was really cramped space. Tiny bathroom and the beds took up all the space. We had a river view but had to look past the gross roof below good thing we were near the top floor. The restaurant was the pits. Bartender was great but the morning staff were slow and forgetful. Too busy blabbing with each other. I would have fired them on the spot. The pizza margherita was bland like cardboard with a can of no salt tomato sauce on top. Calamari was good. That evening they had a solo guitarist who was great but the stupid hotel had a wedding going on next door that drowned out his music with loud crappy bass music. It was terrible. The restaurant staff needs to all be fired except for the bartender and the two or so girls working hard behind the scenes. The head waitress and such were worthless. I saw what looked like the hotel manager trying to help out, he seemed to be trying. I felt sorry for him a little. The place has potential but is totally mismanaged. The elevators are tiny and slow. Overall I would not recommend this place until they get their act together and spend some money on beds and rearranging the rooms somehow. Don't get me started on the $10 parking fee. What for? Broken down parking lot exposed to the elements. The area around the hotel looks run down and sketchy. I want my money back or at least part of it. Greedy owners. September 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay Room was good. Neat and clean. Front desk people very helpful. Tourist info guy did not help at all, front desk people were much better. Brandon our waiter was great and so was Jordyn. Dinner was good and so was breakfast. The only bad thing is the tiny little bugs flying around the food and drinks. Very annoying. No other restaurants around this hotel except the pizza place across the street. September 11, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Hotel for the Niagara falls visit Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and the hotel rooms were excellent nice and comfortable beds and the comforters. The only small bad experience was with the TV, which makes loud noise once switched on. This was not a problem for us since, we had free internet in hotel and had ipad for handling the kid. This hotel having fridge and a common microwave. Cons: Small lift September 1, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL This was by far the WORST HOTEL ever! If you are looking for a Clean bed without hair and God knows what else, keep on driving because you will not find cleanliness in this hotel. I called the front desk and they sent up 1 sheet, not even a whole set. So, I had to ask for a full set along with a clean comforter. (I will say that the security lady who was sent up was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. Especially since it was going on midnight-which is more than I can say for the front desk and manager) I actually had to help make the bed! We decided earlier in the evening to try the restaurant since it was so highly recommended. The only good thing there is the view! The service absolutely sucked. We were there at 7:30 & didn't leave until 9:45. There were 3 of us , 2 of which were kids. We were served our drinks fairly quick then waited quite awhile for our food. However, we never received refills on our drinks and my burger was so dry I couldn't eat it. (My kids did like their meals) She did take my burger off my bill... when I paid her cash she said she would be back with my change but never returned. She ended up with a $10 tip, when it should have been nothing at all. (I'm a waitress also, if I would have treated customers in that manner, I would have been fired.) We were given vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was a bigger joke than the night before! We were rudely greeted by the manager to be seated and when we asked to sit outside, she rolled her eyes and said seat yourself. Our waiter couldn't have been any more of a jerk if he tried. We never received our drinks and 40 minutes later our food was being served to the wrong table as we were walking out. I was told by the manager that I would be refunded 25% for my inconvenience. Oh and they charge you $10 for parking. I will be doing a charge back for a full refund. August 21, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Shame on Sheraton I booked the reservation because I thought I am dealing with Sheraton. I made the reservation through price line. when I reached the hotel after 8 hours drive, front desk told me I had the wrong date on the reservation. I understood I made the error. asked for the solution , hotel informed me to call priceline back and change the date that all it takes and everything else will remain same. I called price line they then contacted the Sheraton everything is done with no problem and everything remains same as per the Front Desk. I checked out and I got the shock of my life Sheraton charged me the walk in rate or full rate which is more than double . They never informed me the charge is going to be different when I checked in. But just like a small cheap organization they ripped me off when they got the chance. As a customer I believe I have the right to know if the rate is going to be any different than one on the booking. if they tell me the rate is going to be different, they knew they are going to loose the reservation. so..... So you guys take it from here . Beware of this .Shame on Sheraton.... July 30, 2016
