From the very begining, ie, since bargaining the rate on phone before my start, I had a good experience. Marketing person offered me a good price clearly mentioning all the facilities included in that price.
I had a great experience and I shall check the availability at Four Points whenever I happen to visit Vizag next.

Over the weekend I could not have a night sleep because of the music coming from the hotel's nightclub - complains to front desk did nothing.
Hotel used to have wireless internet access in the lobby and restaurant. It is not working anymore and my complains to the hotel didn't help.
Internet speed in room is painful slow.
Gym and sauna maintenance below par.
A/C in Gym is usually off.
No water bottles in Gym - only cups.
Fruits in room were never replaced/refilled.
Bedding are not replaced for many days.
Towels are wear and tear.

Staff need to be more pro-active and responsive towards client's needs and requirements.
Every meeting need to have one dedicated supervisor and staff.
Many of the times, the staff need to be traced and followed upon with more instructions.
Hotel need to have more cleanliness in wash rooms and a/c please.
Flip chart stands only one in entire hotel.

1. Rooms are overall comfortable but with rough on the edges... the hotel tries to cut cost by compromising with
- poor quality towels
- poor quality toiletry
- bad chairs - not comfortable for business travellers to sit and work
2. Food quality is very bad
- the hotel buffet is extremely confused with a wide spread of badly made continental and Indian food. Even the south Indian food is not the quality expected from a SPG hotel
