Rated 3 out of 5 by Going down the hill Over the weekend I could not have a night sleep because of the music coming from the hotel's nightclub - complains to front desk did nothing. Hotel used to have wireless internet access in the lobby and restaurant. It is not working anymore and my complains to the hotel didn't help. Internet speed in room is painful slow. Gym and sauna maintenance below par. A/C in Gym is usually off. No water bottles in Gym - only cups. Fruits in room were never replaced/refilled. Bedding are not replaced for many days. Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs improvement Staff need to be more pro-active and responsive towards client's needs and requirements. Every meeting need to have one dedicated supervisor and staff. Many of the times, the staff need to be traced and followed upon with more instructions. Hotel need to have more cleanliness in wash rooms and a/c please. Flip chart stands only one in entire hotel. Rated 3 out of 5 by An average hotel The hotel used to have an espresso/cappuccino machine. For the last two years the machine is "on repair" !! No way to get a cup of espresso in this hotel ! Half of the electrical sockets in my room didn't work. On checkout day I could not settle my bill because hotel was out of ethernet communication for about two hours so my credit card could not be charged.. June 21, 2014
