The hotel was great and the manager who checked me in was great as well, but the manager who checked me out was rude, pompous, and uninformed about Texas laws.

Rated 3 out of 5 by hondo good property, bad location
Like most Four Points properties, this hotel is fine for the business traveler. However, it is located adjacent to an extremely busy, and loud, interstate. But, is very conveniantly located near the Houston Hobby airport.

I had a reservation for one night and planned to head to Webster after. After my arrival and the smiling faces throughout the entire hotel, I decided to stay.
The decor is tastefully done and the cleanliness exceeds my expectations. I will be recommending this hotel to my peers.

More than I expected. The room is clean. It's great that it had a microwave and fridge for our left overs. Conveniently located close to Hobby Airport with free shuttle was the best part. Friendly staff. I would stay again when I come back to Houston,

We stayed here before leaving on a cruise out of Galveston. The room was great and everyone was very friendly. They did not have a club floor for SPG members, but I would definately stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for almost 2 week. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathroom. The only reason I gave a 4 star for room comfort was the fact that you can hear the sound of cars driving on interstate 45 since it's so close. It didn't really bother me much though. And the black out curtains are wonderful. Overall great experience for me.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Lorali(sp?) at 10 PM to the check out by her again at 11:30 AM the next day it was enjoyable. The upgrade to a suite because of the thoughtfulness of her for our quiet sleep. That is a lady that needs to be valued as part of your team.
