Rated 3 out of 5 by Noisy The Suite rooms are configured in a manner that the bedroom area is not very isolated from the neighboring suites. Paperthin walls, Flat pannel TV's mounted on the wall make it not very quiet place to sleep. (Loud and obnoxious people in the room next door doesn't help either) Staff was very quick to accomodate my request to be re-assigned a room, but it was on the freeway side and is quite noisy (traffic) at all times of the night April 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent customer service. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk with smiles on their faces. I admit I was a little late with my check-in but the Manager took care of me and actually gave me a better deal. Through my stay, they were very helpful. I will definitely stay here in the future. Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this Hotel More than I expected. The room is clean. It's great that it had a microwave and fridge for our left overs. Conveniently located close to Hobby Airport with free shuttle was the best part. Friendly staff. I would stay again when I come back to Houston, April 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Awesome experience besides housekeeping delays Great help from sales mang. Cindy. She took good care to be professional and courteous. She demonstrated skill and knowledge of the special circumstances around CLC and Union Pacific needs. The front desk was very nice and professional. The Housekeepinf was good when they did clean the room. On the first day my room did not get cleaned until 5pm. The second day, it did not get cleaned at all. The third day was a charm and they did a better job after complaining to front desk. April 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice and clean hotel with good staff Stayed at this hotel for almost 2 week. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathroom. The only reason I gave a 4 star for room comfort was the fact that you can hear the sound of cars driving on interstate 45 since it's so close. It didn't really bother me much though. And the black out curtains are wonderful. Overall great experience for me. March 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is an excellent value and Staff From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Lorali(sp?) at 10 PM to the check out by her again at 11:30 AM the next day it was enjoyable. The upgrade to a suite because of the thoughtfulness of her for our quiet sleep. That is a lady that needs to be valued as part of your team. March 29, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by worst cheep hotel ever Worst cheap hotel ever Property is in decline, dirty halls, dirty rooms, room furniture is broken and in some rooms chest are missing lamps are with out bulbs, staffs is the worst they have no idea of anything, they forgot twice to do my room, room is noisy, lots of noise at night. I complained about it and they came back to bite me saying that I was the one making the noise. Manager barely speaks English and was incompetent to give answers about this property in decay. Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst stay of my life! Let me start by saying I am an SPG Platinum member. I have become accustomed to only the best service and treatment at all SPG propoties. That said, I had THE worst stay of my entire life at The Four Points Hobby Airport! The staff was extremely disrespectful, argumentative, Had no experience in the hospitality industry whatsoever. Also made it very clear the the hotel was privately owned, and that my SPG status meant nothing! Did not know the difference between a charge and an authorization on a credit/debit card. They attempted on several occasions to over charge my card by hundreds of dollars. When confronted about the charges they first refused to refund my money. Then later put the money back on my card without as much as a sorry. I had several staff members bold face lie to me. And was forced to cut my vacation short due to my wife becoming extremely upset with the situation. All the way to the point of tears, March 16, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice place to overnight! I only stayed one night at the Four Points Houston Hobby Airport, but I found it to be in very good condition. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I didn't have time to use the pool or fitness room, but I would definitely return to this hotel if I'm ever in the area again. March 7, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Good for flying, Bad for SPG recognition This is a great economy Hotel. The Hotel is very close to Houston Hobby, making it convenient for early or late flights into HOU. The rooms were newer, very clean and spacious; they had a very nice workstation and a small sitting area. The fridge and microwave in the room were a nice touch. The bathrooms were large and nicely appointed. This hotel is right next to the freeway; you can hear some road noise but it is not obtrusive. At night the road noise became a light white noise that did not impair my sleep at all. The rooms had plenty of outlets for recharging all of my electronics. The hotel restaurant was your average economy hotel restaurant, serving all of my needs during my stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness center was better than expected, with cardio, free weight and cross fit equipment. The pool and spa was not a very relaxing place as being right next to the freeway, the road noise very overpowering. On the negative there was NO! upgrade for Platinum Status. No welcome amenity points, no breakfast, no room upgrade. They get dinged a Star, in my book for not recognizing those who spend so much time in SPG hotels. All and all I would recommend this hotel for those flying into or out of HOU. February 24, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location, great staff - bad wifi Pros - This hotel has a excellent location near Hobby and the staff is super. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the fitness room is excellent. They also have a small restaurant & bar, but I've never had the opportunity to check that part out. We have stayed here numerous times. Cons - The wifi does not work and never has any of the times we have stayed here. I am not sure if they need to re-work or boost but I highly recommend they address this issue. It will pop up and let you log in, but 3G is WAY faster. They also do not have coffee available in the lobby, although you do have a coffee maker in the room. They do not offer a free breakfast, but one is available for purchase, this is not an issue for us though. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. February 3, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Demolish and rebuild! I realize this is an airport hotel, so I wasn't expecting true luxury for the one night I had to stay here. First warning: the area is VERY sketchy. Do not expect to be able to go outside on foot. My driver was a former cop in the area and told me it was a pretty bad area, which was fine with me since there is a restaurant downstairs. Second: you can tell people have smoked in the bedrooms. It was really bad in the bathroom for some reason. Third warning: it smelled like rancid hot trash when I woke up in the morning and the smell was drifting into my room to greet me. Fourth warning: my breakfast, which I ordered through room service, was cold. I paid $18 for cold eggs, sausage and toast. I really don't recommend this place to anyone. And to tell you the truth, I can't believe I paid to stay here. On a good note, the woman that checked me in was nice and the shuttle driver was a riot! Great service, horrible product. Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice experience. I was surprised about this Four Points. My room was comfortable and clean. Everybody seem very nice and willing to go the extra mile. It has a good gym. The only so-so thing is the location (which for me it's OK) it is right beside a very busy interstate, surprisingly the noise is not bad in the rooms. I do recommend it. January 22, 2013

It was just as exquisite and comfortable as the other Sheraton hotels in better locations. Uptodate decor and plenty of amenties to be comfortable if you have to stay multiple days. It was great that they had fridges and mircowaves in the rooms too. January 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Weekend stay We like to stay at this hotel because the beds are so comfortable. But this last time, our room was not cleaned, even though we told the desk clerk that we were leaving for a few hours. There was no soap in the shower gel dispenser. So really, the only thing that keeps us coming back is the comfortable beds, but from now on, we are going to check out the other hootels in the area. Also, the front desk clerk did not look very professional, and we seeed like a distraction to her. January 14, 2013
