The rooms are nice, looks like cleaned by a proper staff. However the food was cold, small amounts and very expsenive. if landing in Houston, it a good hotel for one quick night. However I would'nt waste Starwood points and definatly eat somewhere's else. To bad to because they have a great bar. I have stayed 3 times. probably won't be a 4th. They USE to be pretty good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sister Enjoyed my stay.
We recently had a retreat at the Four Points by Sheraton in Houston- Gulf Freeway and it was a pleasant experience. All our needs were met as to requests to the staff, cleaniness and comfort in the conference and guest rooms. The Sales Associate was very helpful in makingl the arrangements. We will use the facility again.

Everything about this hotel was very nice and I will definitely stay there again. The only thing that I had a little less than excellent experience was the air conditioner's fan was hitting something as it was turning and sounded like a bell dinging over and over until it turned off. I have to say the bed was so comfortable and pretty and the room and bathroom were so clean and modern. The coffee was tasty and the microwave and fridge were nice in the room also without appearing cluttered. I did not order any room service but the food sounded delicious. I also know that if I forgot anything like my toothbrush, sewing kit or any other toiletries, I bet Room Service has it available for me. The front desk personnel were so nice and welcoming. I look forward to staying there in the future but will bring ear plugs just in case.

More than I expected. The room is clean. It's great that it had a microwave and fridge for our left overs. Conveniently located close to Hobby Airport with free shuttle was the best part. Friendly staff. I would stay again when I come back to Houston,

Stayed at this hotel for almost 2 week. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathroom. The only reason I gave a 4 star for room comfort was the fact that you can hear the sound of cars driving on interstate 45 since it's so close. It didn't really bother me much though. And the black out curtains are wonderful. Overall great experience for me.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk with smiles on their faces. I admit I was a little late with my check-in but the Manager took care of me and actually gave me a better deal. Through my stay, they were very helpful. I will definitely stay here in the future. Thanks Four Points!

We stayed here before leaving on a cruise out of Galveston. The room was great and everyone was very friendly. They did not have a club floor for SPG members, but I would definately stay here again.

Worst cheap hotel ever
Property is in decline, dirty halls, dirty rooms, room furniture is broken and in some rooms chest are missing lamps are with out bulbs, staffs is the worst they have no idea of anything, they forgot twice to do my room, room is noisy, lots of noise at night. I complained about it and they came back to bite me saying that I was the one making the noise. Manager barely speaks English and was incompetent to give answers about this property in decay. Would never ever stay there again.
