Rated 4 out of 5 by Parking at four points My last stay at the four points Sheraton in college station wasn't that great. First I couldn't find parking because the four points allowed other guess to park their trucks and trailers all over the lot with know consideration for the other guess also at breakfast the staff wasn't helpful. Rated 1 out of 5 by Complete disappointment! The entire hotel smells like dirty feet and body odor. Even my room stank of the same type of smell. The carpets were dirty and stained. The walls and baseboards were dirty and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. My sink was plugged up and I couldn't get the stopper out to release the water. There was no ice on my floor, nor the first floor. I looked all around my floor for an ice machine and then went down to the first floor and looked all over and then had to ask someone if they had an ice machine. I was told they only have them on every other floor starting with the 2nd floor. Huh? That is weird.... then I had to travel the 2nd floor to get my ice and then back up to my floor to FINALLY relax. It took more than ten minutes just to get ice. That sucks! The towels were scratchy and the toilet paper very thin and cheap. I was not greeted as a Starwood Preferred Gold Member, nor treated like one. A few days later, I get home and get caught up on my banking and notice a $50 charge that from this hotel on my credit card. I am still processing a dispute for this. The hotel never contacted me to tell me anything about this charge, nor did they try to remove it. It wasn't until after I called them to dispute it that I was told that all Starwood guests have been automatically billed a $50 charge between February 1st and April. They apparently are just going to leave those charges in place until people complain about them. That is just not right. I am very very very unhappy with this entire experience. I would definitely never stay there again, nor recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I would be one of the first ones to wave a warning flag in front of someone wanting to stay in College Station - AVOID THIS HOTEL! April 22, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent staff member We wanted some suggestions for Sunday brunch in the area and the gentleman at the front desk on Saturday evening was so helpful! He was so gracious and really professional. We enjoyed a really cool brunch nearby. You can tell he enjoys his job and takes an interest helping the guests! He really helped make our stay memorable! Rated 2 out of 5 by Worst stay ever Just put it this way matching yourself walking into an old dorm or a jail cell is the way I felt . And wasn't happy with my visit didn't get any sleep housekeeping was so loud and when going downstairs to complain about it nothing was done they continued on for another hour this is ridiculous and unacceptable I will never stay there again. Also I was told by management that he could give me some extra points due to my problems we had but there is no points been added for me to stay another night at the hotel I feel that all my issues and problems I've had this night stay hasn't been resolved and has left me upset and disappointed in the four point Sheraton's name. Rated 5 out of 5 by close to Texas A&M University This hotel is conveniently located to the university. I have stayed in this hotel, in the past when it was under different ownership. I can tell you Four Pts has really upgraded this hotel and I will stay here every time I come College Station. December 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor housekeeping/ No manager on site Approximately 3 hours after check-in, blood was discovered on one of the bed's dust ruffle. No manager available on site to speak with. Checked out due to the discovery of the blood. The receptionist contacted the general manager by phone and was directed to charge us half the room rate. Was told the general manager would contact us the next day. General manager never contacted us and when I called the hotel two days later, I was told he is "out' for a few days and will call when he gets back "in". November 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel was disappointing The wifi was up and down most of the night making get difficult to get work done. The breakfast options were limited. During the night the room warmed up and even when I lowered the thermostat to 69 degrees it wouldn't kick on. The noise from the hallway is very loud. November 6, 2014
