This is a great hotel for the 4 points chain of hotels by Sheraton. It's a very clean and well appointed hotel with strong SPG recognition.
The restaurant if decent and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating.
Convenient to the the highway and a quick drive to downtown.
Have stayed numerous times since and will continue to come back.
Great job!

Excellent Hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was greeted right away and check in/out were very quick. Room was very comfortable for family of 4 with 1 in a Pack 'n Play. Location was very convenient to downtown, as well as Cool Springs Galleria which has about any restaurant or shopping one could want!

Access to the hotel is excellent.
Staff's courtesy is awesome, rooms are very comfortable and clean.
I liked the liquid dispensers in the shower, very handy instead of messing with bottles.
The in-room coffee machine with choice between tea, decaf or special blend coffee is awesome, great to have in case you want to have a warm drink at night without the caffeine.
Front desk was kind enough to unlock my room in under 3 minutes when I got locked out by mistake. All I had to provide was ID upon opening the door.

We recently stayed at the Four Points here in Nashville and had an excellent experience. The phenomenal part of our stay was almost the most tragic. We left our child's special stuffed animal in our room accidentally when we checked out. This is the stuffed animal that our child can not sleep without - It is critical that we have it. When we realized we had lost the toy and called the hotel, the room had already been cleaned. The manager and staff spent the next 4 hours sorting through ALL of the laundry and trash to find our special stuffed animal and ultimately found it. It would have been so easy to blow us off, but they didn't and they deserve special recognition for that. Special thanks go to Cassandra, who was the one who found the toy, Sean the manager, Madison, Lisa, Kaneta and Sarah. Thanks again to all of you!

We stayed here for one night to kick off a road trip. The hotel lobby area is clean and modern and set the tone for our stay.
We were upgraded to a large suite which was very much appreciated as a SPG Platinum member. The room was well maintained and clean.
We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food quality and presentation was excellent.
Staff were very good in all of our interactions with them and we were made to feel very welcome.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

This was a very pleasant hotel in a good location. My room was a King suite. It was so spacious and comfortable.The bed was very comfortable.
The staff at the hotel was very pleasant and professional. The restaurant staff was very skilled and extremely good at their jobs. The bartenders made sure I was always taken care of and the chef would always come out to make sure the meals were cooked to my satisfaction.
I travel alot for work, approx. 200 nights a year and I have to say this is one of the best stays I have ever had. I definitely would rate this hotel as excellent.

This was my first ever stay at a Sheraton and I will definitely stay there again.
The front desk person was greeted me and was extremely polite, well groomed and professional.
I didn't realize until I went up to the room that we had been upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, a sitting area, two very large TVs and a modern bar. It was very nice, but we needed two beds. The front desk person gave me my original room type no problem-- the gesture made me feel appreciated though.
Other points:
The room was very clean, the Wi-Fi was easy to access and was available as expected. The security guard downstairs was pleasant and aware. The room had a small recycling bin which blended in with the decor. The shower had a decor-matching dispenser for body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Finally, it made me happy to see that the hotel welcomed a large dog (a good-sized Lab). That will definitely make me consider a Four Points again-- even if I'm not traveling with my dog.
It was a very nice hotel stay.

This hotel is located in a great suburb of Nashville and very close to the highway. The staff is very well trained and the management has this place running smoothly.
I always get a Platinum upgrade and love the extra service and recognition. Highly recommended.
