Rated 5 out of 5 by Lucas27 Great first-time stay
This was my first ever stay at a Sheraton and I will definitely stay there again.
The front desk person was greeted me and was extremely polite, well groomed and professional.
I didn't realize until I went up to the room that we had been upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, a sitting area, two very large TVs and a modern bar. It was very nice, but we needed two beds. The front desk person gave me my original room type no problem-- the gesture made me feel appreciated though.
The room was very clean, the Wi-Fi was easy to access and was available as expected. The security guard downstairs was pleasant and aware. The room had a small recycling bin which blended in with the decor. The shower had a decor-matching dispenser for body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Finally, it made me happy to see that the hotel welcomed a large dog (a good-sized Lab). That will definitely make me consider a Four Points again-- even if I'm not traveling with my dog.
It was a very nice hotel stay.

This is the best Four Points I've ever stayed at and the best customer service I've received at any hotel. The associates there remember you even when it's been a month since your last stay. They go out of their way to provide personalized service.

Rated 5 out of 5 Best 4 Points Ever!
This is an awesome property for a 4 points, the best ever stayed at. It is close to the highway and a great stopping point when going from Michigan to Florida! If you are in the area it's a must stay property.

Excellent Hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was greeted right away and check in/out were very quick. Room was very comfortable for family of 4 with 1 in a Pack 'n Play. Location was very convenient to downtown, as well as Cool Springs Galleria which has about any restaurant or shopping one could want!

I was on a business trip and initially was staying at another hotel (across the street) because it was recommended. It was horrible!! I stayed there 3 days and knew I couldn't stay another night. Since I had stayed at the Four Points previously and was satisfied at that time, I made reservations. The same awesome manager, Armani was there. He was so welcoming as soon as I entered the hotel lobby. He made the reservations for me and even apologized for the horrible service I received at the other hotel. I was also very impressed how my room was cleaned each day. I wish I had the name of the housekeeper that cleaned my room. I normally ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I was so happy to see Pam there. She was also there when I visited last year in 2013. She was awesome as well. She was always pleasant. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy. Oh, I forgot to mention Madison. She was awesome as well. The whole time I was staying at the hotel, I was called by my name. That makes you feel some kind of way when you are not just another number or just another person staying at the hotel. They really make you feel as though you matter. The staff was very attentive to my needs. I can't wait to visit again. Being in customer service myself, I'm always doing quality checks. Everyone passed with flying colors. I will definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by JayAC Excellent place and location
Access to the hotel is excellent.
Staff's courtesy is awesome, rooms are very comfortable and clean.
I liked the liquid dispensers in the shower, very handy instead of messing with bottles.
The in-room coffee machine with choice between tea, decaf or special blend coffee is awesome, great to have in case you want to have a warm drink at night without the caffeine.
Front desk was kind enough to unlock my room in under 3 minutes when I got locked out by mistake. All I had to provide was ID upon opening the door.

This hotel was EXCELLENT! We stayed in the suite, ordered room service and enjoyed everything immensely. The room was clean. The experience was great and the staff was accommodating! We would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Drive the extra 10 minutes to stay near Nashville - it is well worth it!

We stayed here for one night during a road trip and had a great experience.
Got a splendid platinum upgrade, check-in was friendly and room big and comfy. For the price we paid (point stay), this was real good value.
Big kudos to management for a very flexible breakfast amenity for spg platinums ("pick whatever you want from the menu, honey"). Breakfast staff terrific and really stood out.
Adequate fitness center. Free parking. A bit out of the way, but no hassle getting to Nashville or Franklin if you have a car.
Any room for improvement?
AC sounded like a jet engine, maybe the hotel could invest in something more quiet down the road?
The dispensers with soap, shower gel and conditioner are just tacky.
And something really minor (and only for the light sleeper): The fire alarm had a annoying light. Every fifth second it was lightning in the room. We covered it with a sweater.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jchiguy1 Solid Suburban Hotel
Nicely decorated, comfortable hotel has stellar service and pleasant rooms. Air conditioning broke the first night of our stay and front desk was able to move us promptly. Public areas are in great condition; fitness room could use more weight equipment. Location just off I-65 in suburban Brentwood is close to good restaurants and shopping. Much better than average Four Points.

Booked on expedia, we got a very good value. 13 minutes to downtown Nashville. half the price of hotels closer. Staff was great. Ahi Tacos were good at hotel restaurant. Few other items not as great, but was taken care. Overall great stay. We would return if in the area again.

Location was perfect for my trip. I was very pleased with the hospitality extended and have no complaints. Also, I had rented a vehicle and parking was included in the price. Not far from airport, downtown, and everywhere else I needed to be that week. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Streettalk Top-notch!
What a charming, very nice and new hotel! Extremely good value for the price and a exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Even better, the restaurant and in room dining is some of the most reasonably priced I have seen. I had my full family with me and everyone had a wonderful time, including the kids. Even with the outdoor pool closed the amazingly's large indoor pool was fun for the kids. So big you could swim from one side to the other!
We stayed on the seventh floor suite level, where they have converted former two bedrooms into pass through sweets. Excellent rooms that actually have two bathrooms. Very convenient for the family.
Just south of downtown and so very close to both all amenities and activities in Nashville proper, as well as close to major shopping down in cool springs which is just two exits south. Centrally located forgetting to both business meetings and lots of golf and similar surrounding activities.
Charming decor and, again, very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Calivee The bed is awesome!!!
Madison was great, give her a raise and a promotion. I am a SPG preferred member, but I was on a road trip&we decided to go to Nashville after we left pigieonforge before heading back to florida. Well we decided to go on priceline and bid 4 a 3star.I was so grateful to God it was a starwood hotel. Whenever I get a hotel on priceline no matter if it's a 3 or 5 star the room always suck and look worst than the other rooms in the hotel, but starwood hotels seem to not do that. Which is great. I had 2 rooms, which one of them needed a roll away sleeper and they sent it right up. The shower in that room drained slow so as lenny showered it filled up. I called Madison and someone fixed it prior to us returning to the room. The bed was so comfortable I didnt want to leave. The cons was no fan in the bathroom which caused everything to get wet the walls my clothes everything was moist. If there was a fan in the bathroom it must be broken bc it didnt come on. Another con that kept me from giving 5s straight down was housekeeping in the hallway literally yelling across the hall to other guests or fellow housekeepers. I made a horrible mistake by not putting the sign on the door the night before, but it wouldnt have kept me from hearing them. I was sleeping so good. The housekeeper wasnt friendly at all. After my sister went to the door to say no thank you, I tried to go back to sleep; but I couldnt because the housekeeper was talking very loud to another guest. So I went to the hallway and the cart was in front of my door. I asked her for some towels and the look she gave me was as if I had asked her for money. She gave me 2 towels as if that was all I needed. I hadnt had my devotion by that time so I just kept the 2 towels and went back into my room. The towels were damp as if they were just taken out of the dryer before they had had a chance to dry. With agreat showers like four points has they should tell their house keeping staff that towels shouldnt be scare because the guest will probably take more showers than they usually do. I sure did. The bed was so comfortable. I want a a four points bed. Please do a raffle for a guest to win a four points bed. Housekeeping should only be allowed to bother guests that arent checking out on that day. If it's my day to check out.DONT BOTHER ME PLEASE. Housekeeping should be by request only if it's your day to check out. I get it housekeeping is trying to clean rooms for those that maybe checking in that day, but dont run away your existing guests because your existing guest maybe a returning guest. The rooms were great, I didnt get "priceline"room. I got four points rooms and an optimal level of customer service. Thank you again Madison, I pray that God bless you richly. Fan in the bathroom needed, housekeeping staff can use a refresher course on customer service let Madison train them. I am getting sleepy wish I could come take a shower and go to bed there. The shower and bed is awesome!!! The pool should be 24/7.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Gold2002 Uncharateristic
My stay at the Four Points Brentwood, TN was uncharacteristic from the moment I opened the SPG app to begin the reservation process. This is my second stay at this particular hotel and and the rates for the two stays were drastically different. The front desk staff was uncharacteristically aloof and unaccommodating. Staff was also unresponsive after being made aware of a slow sink drain. Had to call twice before the issue was addressed. As a Gold member and a three star elite owner, I am not used to these types of things at a SPG property.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jackinthebox Dissapointing Stay
The good - Great buffet - food quality excellent and service excellent.
The bad - the buffet should be complimentary not $10.
The bad - asked for suite with no connecting door but got 732 which has a connecting door with noise coming through. Street noise a problem should have asked for quiet area. Bulb burnt out in bedlamp. Gurgling sink in bed bath.
Very polite and courteous check in. Not up to standards one would expect for a $200 plus a night stay.
