Rated 1 out of 5 by Staff was not very courteous I was in town for a weekend and decided to stay for a night and as soon as I met with the concierge and asked about how the SPG points worked she looked at me like "Your room is taken care of, what are you worried about?" She did not make me feel welcomed at all. My room was nice and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I did call downstairs to request a shaving kit for my room and was unable to get anyone on the phone. I phoned the next morning around 6AM and was told that there was only one person at the front desk and I would need to come downstairs to pick one up. I've never been to a hotel where I had to accommodate myself with items. The pool and spa area were nice. Unfortunately, the staff were ill equipped with the knowledge of being courteous towards their guests. July 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Impressed with the staff and management We recently stayed at the Four Points here in Nashville and had an excellent experience. The phenomenal part of our stay was almost the most tragic. We left our child's special stuffed animal in our room accidentally when we checked out. This is the stuffed animal that our child can not sleep without - It is critical that we have it. When we realized we had lost the toy and called the hotel, the room had already been cleaned. The manager and staff spent the next 4 hours sorting through ALL of the laundry and trash to find our special stuffed animal and ultimately found it. It would have been so easy to blow us off, but they didn't and they deserve special recognition for that. Special thanks go to Cassandra, who was the one who found the toy, Sean the manager, Madison, Lisa, Kaneta and Sarah. Thanks again to all of you! March 10, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Brand New Remodel this hotel is virtually brand new (4-5 months old, completely refurbished a pre-existing hotel), carpet, furniture and lobby have very nice, modern feel (lobby almost seems like an aloft or w hotel). Staff was very courteous and room very clean. May 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Above expectations We stayed here for one night to kick off a road trip. The hotel lobby area is clean and modern and set the tone for our stay. We were upgraded to a large suite which was very much appreciated as a SPG Platinum member. The room was well maintained and clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food quality and presentation was excellent. Staff were very good in all of our interactions with them and we were made to feel very welcome. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others. March 23, 2013

The staff is very well trained and the management has this place running smoothly. I always get a Platinum upgrade and love the extra service and recognition. Highly recommended. October 1, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful hotel just minutes from downtown Nashville! Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating! We arrived at the hotel late on a Friday evening (without a reservation) . A double room was not available so I was upgraded to a suite! The suite was wonderful! Very spacious and clean with nice amenities. July 10, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great first-time stay This was my first ever stay at a Sheraton and I will definitely stay there again. The front desk person was greeted me and was extremely polite, well groomed and professional. I didn't realize until I went up to the room that we had been upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, a sitting area, two very large TVs and a modern bar. It was very nice, but we needed two beds. The front desk person gave me my original room type no problem-- the gesture made me feel appreciated though. Other points: The room was very clean, the Wi-Fi was easy to access and was available as expected. The security guard downstairs was pleasant and aware. The room had a small recycling bin which blended in with the decor. The shower had a decor-matching dispenser for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Finally, it made me happy to see that the hotel welcomed a large dog (a good-sized Lab). That will definitely make me consider a Four Points again-- even if I'm not traveling with my dog. Rated 2 out of 5 by Extra charge on my folio My folio was emailed to me. When I reviewed it the next day, I noticed two folios. One reflected the correct charges, the other had an $8.00 charge we did not make. Additionally, when I checked my credit card, it showed the extra charge was added to my card. When I tried to speak to someone at the hotel, Jessica put me on hold for 10 minutes (I timed it) and transferred me to accounting, where no one picked up the phone and I had to leave a voice mail. As of now, no one has responded to my inquiries. I am very dissatisfied and would like my accounts corrected! June 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice get away Hotel and staff were great. Clean, safe, close to essentials for last few days of family vacation. Pool and hot tub were also nice ( Pool deck a bit tight but not huge deal). Only real negative for us was lack of a guest laundry facility - much needed after the week of vacation. I would pick this hotel again if in the area for work or family break. July 7, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by No sleep, no drink, no eat I was in town for business purposes downtown. Hotel is unbelievable in regards to aesthetics and comfort (from the outside looking in). I was put in a room directly across from the service entrance for, I assume all of, room service work. All night long and again starting early in the morning, this door open and slammed shut with wheeled-carts ramming the door and bumper. A youth girls sports team was also residing on my floor and were allowed to run wild through the night banging the walls and yelling. The Wednesday night BBQ and Brew myself and co-workers were so looking forward to turned out to be a bust with the "Brew" being "out of order", and us being told we could order a bottle for $4...... Rated 2 out of 5 by Low detail performance - waited 5-7 minutes at desk with four people behind the front desk before checking in - room was not ready, checking in at 3:30pm - front desk not friendly, 'you'll have to wait for a room, come back' - once in the room, not clean - trash between the beds, carpet clearly not vacuumed - called down for more towels (only two in room for 3 of us) - I had to call twice and wait 30 minutes to get more towels - hung sign on door for no maid service - room was serviced anyway June 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by good The hotel overall was good, however some things I think could have been better. We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 room suite with 5 people, housekeeping was not the greatest, the bathrooms were clean but never got the correct amt of towels. Crumbs under the furniture when we checked in and dust on lamps and desk area. Always had to ask for towels at the pool and hot tub. Suggest a microwave in the suites (or a common room) as there was no way to heat up leftovers. The free Wed. night appetizers in the bar were delicious, bartender accommodating with soda instead of beer. The beds and pillows were super comfortable , however the fold out couch was not. In conclusion if we did not get the Hot rate (my daughter is an employee) then I don't think it is a good value. Another chain with a free breakfast would have been fine. June 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Our First Choice This is the only hotel we stay at in Nashville and has always been my favorite. I book directly through the Sheraton 800 number. They messed up my reservation, over-charged my credit card and my bathroom was completely out of soap & conditioner. I was sadly disappointed since we have never had a single issue with them and always love staying there. July 1, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by points for location, but somewhat overpriced overall, more expensive than similar places where there are better amenities. you can tell the property has been nicely renovated lately, but the elevators were old and actually closed on us (painfully) numerous times. There was an issue with the wireless access. was unavailable for a long time and was weak whenever it did work July 1, 2014

I have stayed there twice in the last 9 weeks, first time for a week, second for 2 nights while my daughter was in a hospital close by. Everyone was so nice to me, asked about my daughter and met all of my needs. Room was nice and clean and restaurant was good. A third time in the same time period I needed a hotel, this one was full and they found another one for me. I really appreciated it.Thank you! June 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendliest Staff Excellent Hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was greeted right away and check in/out were very quick. Room was very comfortable for family of 4 with 1 in a Pack 'n Play. Location was very convenient to downtown, as well as Cool Springs Galleria which has about any restaurant or shopping one could want! May 4, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good banquet personnel, very poor front desk From the first interaction with a young black man who acted as valet and had a horrible attitude, to the three requests from different front desk personnel for assistance it was obvious that customer service has not been ingrained in the personnel. Gregston and Andrew in banquet services were outstanding though. Meeting room was fine, sleeping rooms were cheap: uncomfortable beds and bedding, cheap towels. Never had worse customer relations for one of our meetings from front desk personnel. Training or terminations are in order. June 23, 2014
