Rated 4 out of 5 Nice place, very comfortable stay I stayed there for 3 days and had a nice room with a nice view. I think Starwood properties in general have very comfortable beds and this property was no exception, although the pillows were a little firm (I am sure the hotel would have addressed this if I had asked). The lobby is neat and has good areas to hang out and not get blasted by TV noise The bar is ok, but I didn't feel like I wanted to spend too much time there - the Tues night live entertainment was too loud and too generic for me. I had breakfast there all 3 mornings and the food was tasty and was brought fast. Coffee is pretty good. I couldn't hit the pool or spa, but the pool was large, clean and looked like it would be fun. Parking is plentiful, the hotel is easy to see from the approaches, July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Since you're asking... The hotel is beautiful...comfortable & very convenient location. The only things I would comment on is that, #1. When returning Fri. evening, vehicles were parked in the Handi-Cap spots with NO HC tags. My Senior husband, who needed one, had to park quite a ways from the entrance...and it was raining! When we complained to the Desk Person, he didn't seem to understand OR be concerned! & #2. If there was water running in any near-by room, shower, whatever...the toilet would NOT flush, and would run on & on! Until no sound was heard of water running from near-by, THEN it would flush. That was annoying, to hear while trying to return to sleep...or to have to WAIT between flushes! It COULD cause a guest to just put too much paper in, if in a hurry, and you'd have a problem! Water pressure must be really low. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again, when visiting our daughter...IF the rates are still good! July 21, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Staff was not very courteous I was in town for a weekend and decided to stay for a night and as soon as I met with the concierge and asked about how the SPG points worked she looked at me like "Your room is taken care of, what are you worried about?" She did not make me feel welcomed at all. My room was nice and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I did call downstairs to request a shaving kit for my room and was unable to get anyone on the phone. I phoned the next morning around 6AM and was told that there was only one person at the front desk and I would need to come downstairs to pick one up. I've never been to a hotel where I had to accommodate myself with items. The pool and spa area were nice. Unfortunately, the staff were ill equipped with the knowledge of being courteous towards their guests. July 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best stays This was a very pleasant hotel in a good location. My room was a King suite. It was so spacious and comfortable.The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel was very pleasant and professional. The restaurant staff was very skilled and extremely good at their jobs. The bartenders made sure I was always taken care of and the chef would always come out to make sure the meals were cooked to my satisfaction. I travel alot for work, approx. 200 nights a year and I have to say this is one of the best stays I have ever had. I definitely would rate this hotel as excellent. September 24, 2012
