Rated 2 out of 5 by Uncleanness Their housekeepers are not doing a good job at all. Sadly it is a disgrace. On multiple occasions I have to request to change room due to room not being cleaned from bedding to bathroom (no need to be descriptive, just BEWARE). Lower brand hotels have cleaner room then this hotel. I visit this hotel very frequent and most of the time I always have the same cleanliness issues. After a long day from work, all I need is to rest in a nice clean bed and clean environment but Four points by Sheraton Tallahassee is not providing that to me. I am tired of seeing unsanitary and unhygienic room, Adieu! September 9, 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing Experience Stayed at the Sheraton Four Points Tallahassee on Starwood Points. Impression of the hotel was fair until I entered the elevators. They were filthy. The room followed suit. The carpets were heavily stained, the bedding was stained and there were only two towels in the bathroom. We left the next day at 7:30 am and returned to the hotel at 7:30 pm. Our room had not been touched. Asked housekeeping and was told I was supposed to check out. I then called downstairs and was referred to the manager. He apologized and helped move us to a new room. He also offered room service for dinner, a point credit and breakfast vouchers. I feel the manager was extremely responsive, but the hotel needs a deep clean. July 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great customer service I would like to compliment Whitney and Mark at the front desk. I had a problem with my reservation and Whitney took almost 15 minutes with me to resolve the problem instead of just saying she could not help. She definitely was customer oriented. Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad experience Checked in at 8:30pm to a room with messed up bed and bathroom with dirty towels and soap on the sink. Front desk staff was nice and sent cleaning staff up while we went to dinner. Got back at 10:30. Unfortunately, bed looked better but upon pulling sheets back found black hairs. I slept on top of covers overnight. Towel and soap were still in bathroom. Had 2 daughters with me and they were exhausted so didn't want to disrupt them any further. Will not stay here again if we come back. Not what is expect from Starwood July 14, 2016
