5pm room still not serviced. Lobby area where breakfast was served was unbearably hot
Customer service was excellent. The staff could not have been better.

In over 30 years of business travel, this property ranks in the top few for service, food, a clean and attractive facility, and great staff. There is no where else I will stay in Tallahassee.

My 10 year old daughter and I stayed here for a quick getaway and we enjoyed every minute. The food was great from room service, the bed was fantastic, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay.

In town for business. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Shower temperature need adjustment but overall it was a goodnight.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate myself and coworkers. Shuttle service was wonderful with fast service and friendly drivers. All employees were friendly and professional.

I did not have a problem with The Hotel itself. Staff was great, clean room, comfortable bed and Great view. My only problem was the quality of the room service food. Almost inedible with no flavoring. Chicken strips were almost meatless and way over cooked. Must have been an off night for kitchen staff. We waited for over an hour and wasn't worth the wait. We were just too tired to go out but should have.

I just came from going down to the bar at 10:50pm and there was nobody serving drinks. They are supposed to be open until 11pm - was told by front desk bar tender left early. I was disappointed I could not get a night cap. They could have offered a rain check , I understand emergencies happen. Also I stayed here for business for two nights and received a breakfast voucher for both mornings. I had to extend my stay due to work for an extra 2 days - they would not give the voucher for the rest of my stay, yet I paid the same price. This was true of my co-worker as well and he stayed in the exact same floor and room!!! And the reason given to me on the phone was because I was on a different room and floor. Place was clean and decent room for business and nice conference rooms. They have a "Green initiative" that you can turn down room cleaning service and get a $5 food credit - never got that for the 1st 2 nights stay either. Just wish they would stick with what was offered. I am a well traveled person from NY who frequents hotels for business / vacations and this was just BARELY passing the mark for service.
