Rated 5 out of 5 by Great property, great value! I had never stayed at a Four Points, but this property was close to where I needed to be so I decided to go for it vs. one of the Westins. The staff kindly upgraded me to a lovely suite that had a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator and microwave) and a great bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub and a HUGE shower. I was in town to run a 5k race and I wanted a bite to eat before running the race but didn't want a full breakfast, so I stopped in to the restaurant to see how much they would charge me for a banana. They were kind enough to let me have it for free. Everyone at the desk was very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again! July 20, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Get-away We pick this hotel because it is an easy drive to everything we enjoy, the lakes of the Twin Cities, shopping at the Mall of America, the airport, the theater district. The staff treated us like friends, not just customers. July 22, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Four Points at Minneapolis Airport / Mall location My 13 year daughter and I spent July 17-20 at this Four Points. The Positives vastly out number the negatives. Start with the negatives- each night there was a sound like knocking on our door. It turned out it was coming from the bathroom- possibly water pressure. No big deal - close the bathroom door and it was gone. Second negative - the late shuttle pick up at the Mall of America was never on time. Lets address the positives- there were many number one. The shuttle that picked us up at the Airport had the manager driving. She was an extremely pleasant person who went out of her way to please her customers. The staff in general was outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable , a little small but perfect for my daughter and I . The beds were extremely comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Water pressure and hot water in the showers could have been better, but were usable. Mall Shuttle drivers during the morning and afternoon were always on time and were true pros at their job. All in all we definitely would return to this Four points July 21, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by No service, billing error Double billed. Unable to explain why other than a second reservation appeared. No refund. Did not recognize Platinum Status for second night. Front desk clerk considered Starwood/SPG to be "some other company". Pathetic July 15, 2014
