Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for business travelers I had some contracts printed right before I traveled. During my trip, I had the opportunity to review and sign them...in order to make the deadline I needed to have them scanned at high resolution so that I could email them back. Apparently this hotel does not have a scanner. At all. Anywhere. I provided a clean USB drive and asked the front desk. They went and checked with the manager, but still no solution. They kept offering to fax it, but I didn't need them faxed! The fax would not have been high enough resolution to replicate the very fine print on the documents. I suspect they have a scanner somewhere, but just weren't willing to help me. It was only about 10 pages, so it's not like I had reams of sheets I needed scanned. The room was excellent, but I expect certain amenities or at the very least a solution-oriented staff when I have things like this come up. May 14, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not coming again The room I got was smaller than I expected. And the staff respond slow when you ask for help. And as a gold status member I didn't get room upgrade. So definitely not recommend staying here. There are many other hotels nearby. May 13, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by cold shower and no room I was told at check in that the king room I booked was sold out and was offered some points to take a 2 double beds. I said ok. when I got to the room it was so crowded that I could barely get around. it was all topped off with no hot water for my morning shower. won't be going back there. May 10, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellend service provided by all! I spent 5 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton and was impressed with the consistently high level of service provided by all of the employees! The Shuttle Service was invaluable to both myself and my colleague, but also for our workshop attendees. Free WIFI was also greatly appreciated and an added bonus for me as I had additional work to complete in the evenings! May 6, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great rooms- clean, new and bright Great hotel. Much nicer than I expected and while I would have liked to see a little more of a fitness center, overall the hotel was great. I would definitely recommend it and will use it every time I visit Minneapolis. May 3, 2013
