Love this hotel, especially the shuttle service to different resort places and the transportation to/from airport.
Antonio at front desk is really helpful. He answered all my questions with patience.
A small complaint is the party rules at swimming pool/outdoor tables. People were singing and laughing loud until 1 am. I called front desk but nothing changed.

Great choice near airport.
Great free shuttle takes you to the Westin (you can swim and eat here as well as use the beach--very nice!), Playa Blanca (nice beach 5 minute walk from Westin with a good restaurant that we ate at twice--goat is awesome for $14), the golf club with spa and the ecological park with lagoons where you can swim (you get in free with your Four Points key so that is cool). We did not eat at the hotel but we ate across the street at Wendy's several times and once at the Italian place. There is a nice grocery store 1 block away so we used that to stock up on soda, etc. We left tip money and the maid left us extra water each day. Use it for everything and you will be fine. 2 computers in the lobby with very helpful. Staff was very good. It is not a St. Regis but neither is the price. I thought for $100 a night it was excellent. Use points and it is an even better deal. My only complaint was that the shuttle does not run for about 2 or 3 hours during dinner time. Therefore you are sort of stuck out at the beach. We ate and swam but the next shuttle is almost 9 pm and that is too late with a wet and tired kid. Please offer another shuttle so there is not such a big gap during dinner. Thanks. Otherwise we loved our stay.

I don't often write reviews but this place is worth bragging about. I spend four days at this property and brought a couple of friends along. When I arrived, the manager greeted me in the way one would expect to be treated as a platinum member. I stay at tons of hotels as a constant traveler and this doesn't happen often. It was truely a pleasant surprise but the consumer relationship management didn't stop there. Over the next couple of days I was pleased to see that Ilianna and the rest of the staff seemed to be dedicated to ensuring that my stay was a pleasant one. They truely went above and beyond to make our vacation a success by booking tee times, providing insight into local activities and recommending a driver that who would come within minutes to take us to town or whereever we needed to go at a great price. The gym is one of the best that I've seen in a Four Points level hotel. The rooms are new and was stocked with at least 4 bottles of complementary water daily which is a real plus! Even the house keeping staff was pleasant to interact with(Alexandria). The complementary breakfast was not just a couple of biscuits either. It was a full buffet complete with local fair and some made to order Omlets and more. Its located adjacent to Punta Canna Village where we found tons of resturants, a grocery store, rental car offices and several bars that were really nice when we didn't feel up to going into town. I could go on but let's just say that I'm a fan of this place.

My husband and I stayed one night before returning to the US. The young man @ the desk was welcoming, friendly and most efficient. Our room maid was very helpful when (oops! we forgot about the card to turn on the room) we struggled w/the AC.
We ate Thanksgiving dinner in the restaurant. Very artful, tasty, and the service was excellent.

I stayed one night and I love the hotel, the area is beautiful and peaceful, loved the room. I do have one complaint with the staff, when I ordered my breakfast in room service they got it all wrong, I ordered orange juice and I got grapefruit (which I hate) they also brought me a different kind of bread, they even forgot the cutlery so I had to wait to eat my breakfast and then my eggs were cold. I hope that the staff can be improved or better trained because it is a great hotel, I'm even going back before new year's but I do hope to find a better service.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities in the guest rooms. Also the staff was very courteous and professional. I did not eat any meals at the hotel (there were so many nice restaurants located nearby, I decided to try a different one each night) so I cannot comment on the quality of the food or the dining room...but the happy hour at the bar was very lively!

An excellent "no frills" choice to enjoy the Caribbean. Great breakfast, clean facilities, wonderful beds and linen, great bathroom (no tub), this hotel is very close to the Punta Cana airport (15 minutes), and also to some beaches. There is no fridge inside the suite.
