The Sheraton 4 Points is a pleasant facility. The room was nice, modern and very clean. The hotel offers a bar and a nice buffet style breakfast. The staff recommended 2 great restaurants one nearby and one in the center of town. Hotel has great value for the cost. The location is not in the center but I did not mind that. The only cons are: 1) the bed was not as comfortable as advertised and 2) if you wish to watch TV late at night after a long day visiting sites in Barcelona, there are no English speaking TV channels to see movies or shows except for CNN and BBC news. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has the elegance you may expect from a Sheraton - the staff could not have been more helpful and my room was stylish, clean and comfortable

We took public transit to and from the airport and train station. It was easy.
The hotel is nicely located away from the craziness of downtown yet convenient to attractions.
Lots of local restaurants.
Staff were very helpful.
Appreciated the in-room WIFI and use of computers.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel for Barcelona! Within walking distance of a number of must-see sights; on the tram line, 2 blocks from the metro and on a bus line as well! Fabulous selection of foods for the breakfast package. Staff service is outstanding.

Nobody at the front desk smiled at you when you spoke to them. Not a very warm bunch. Expected more from an SPG hotel based on my previous experiences, which were mostly positive.
The room faces a main road and they kept the windows open, so the beds and pillows were extremely dusty (and I have allergies). You could hear all the vehicles passing at night even when you closed the windows so if you have a hard time falling asleep, it could be a problem.
The room was small, in spite of it being a Comfort room; you could barely open your luggage all at the same time. The shower was cramped too and we're not very big people at that.
Breakfast was good, though, room service fast and there were other staff that were friendly like the doorman.
Location-wise, far from the main tourist areas but was manageable. There were some pretty good restaurants nearby.

A wonderful place to stay in a perfect neighborhood of Barcelona. Staff attentive to every need and request. Great public transport options and nearby restaurants. Recommend without qualifications!

Este Hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y con estaciones del Metro muy cerca.
El personal del hotel es muy atento y dispuesto a colaborarte.
Sus camas son muy còmodas, es una de las cosas por las que me gusta la cadena Sheraton.

Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. the - point is not enough place to have breakfast, seated in the sofa the first day with child was not easy.
