El hotel es un 4 points muy básico, la ubicación es muy buena no así las instalaciones, es un quality inn que se dice llamar 4 points por sheraton. Los cuartos con alfombra sucia, los colchones son incomodos y la calidad del restaurante es tipo hospital, nunca hay taxis disponibles, los cuartos tienen desodorante tipo hotel barato y el equipo del gimnasio es de pesima calidad. Hay mejores opciones en un rango cercano (Reforma/Chapultepec).

LOCATED IN A GREAT ZONE, THE HOTEL IS VERY CENTRIC, BUT I LOVE MY JUNIOR SUITE, THE ROOMO SERVICE 24 HOURS A DAY DELICIOUS NOT EXPENSIVE AND THE PERSONAL RECOGNIZAED ME FROM MY FIRST VISIT THEY ARE PHENOMENAL,

The Four Points Colonia Roma is a hidden gem that provides both great value and attentive service for a stay in Mexico City.
The front desk staff was always willing to answer questions about the room, SPG privileges, or the local neighborhood. Also, the entire hotel was kept in fantastic condition by the housekeeping staff.
The rooms are large and had plenty of work and storage space, even for two guests.
Moreover, the hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance, easy access to the Metro, and around the corner from a sitio (taxi stand).

Overall - this is a really great hotel. The facilities are solid, rooms clean and comfortable, and all with a modern feel. Great location as well - you won't see any Pizza Huts or anything like that in the area which I really appreciate. Fun restaurants all along this street as well. Flawless English speaking staff which was a huge help to me. As a gold member, my upgraded room surpassed my expectations (all the way up to a suite).
A couple chances for improvement:
-While staff were always very professional and polite sometimes things they said they would do either take much longer than is reasonable or it seems they may have forgotten? Things like bringing ice up to the room (because the ice makers on the floors weren't working) or room service or extra towels etc too an exorbitant amount of time. We had evenings when we requested ice for drinks but had to call again to cancel because 30 min had gone by without the ice coming and we needed to leave.
-The rooftop area didn't seem to be regularly cleaned and maintained so just don't expect to spend too much time there and you'll be fine.

Wireless service in my room is very poor, and apparently cannot be fixed. Telephones are not working, no wake up call, and for the second time in 2 days the hotel can't make change for a 200 peso note.

Front desk forgot to open credit at checkin.
Signed a restaurant account that afternoon.
Waiter called my room at midnight to asking me to pay the bill inmeadiatly as there was no open credit.
I answerd that I will talk to font desk first thing in the morning.
Waiter went to my room and knoked at my door, I decided not to open the door.
Complained at front desk that morning and recibed no answerd from manager.
At check-out a day latter, my bill showed additional restaurant charges not signed and with no name.
Never going back to that abusive hotel.
Makes Sheraton brand look bad.
