My family (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed this weekend and had a Great time!! After reading other reviews I was hesitant on booking but decided to give it a shot. We were thrilled. Room was very clean (no bugs, we checked) and not worn out. I saw other reviews complaining about other room noise and actually heard way less than other newer hotels that I've stayed at. Bar/restaurant on site was great! Great selection of food/alcohol and had several TVs there and in the lobby area where our family could stretch out. And my boys were thrilled by the free bottle of water in the room. :)
We will be back!

Our stay at the Four Points was completely satisfactory. The staff was friendly, our room was clean and spacious, but the food was the best. My husband and I don't usually dine in hotel restaurants. The food here was so good we ate there all four nights. We would stay here again and again.

We stopped here in Chattanooga to rest on our trip to FL. We chose this hotel through our newly set-up SPG.com account using the iPhone app. It was easy and simple, along with a great price. Todd checked us in, and selected a great room for us. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The complimentary wi-fi was a great touch. But I'll be honest and tell you the main reason to stop in Chattanooga for us, was to pick up Sugar's Ribs on the ridge. This was a great stay and we will for sure stay here again

Chattanooga is a great stay for us. I am glad to have joined the Starwood Preferred Guest Program. Todd checked us in. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean. We always stop and pick up Sugar's Ribs when driving through Chattanooga, TN. If you want a nice relaxing stay in a very clean environment, stop by and let these fine people set you up for a nice comfy stay.

This is probably the nicest Four Points property that I have stayed at. Very friendly staff throughout my stay.
I do not typically stay at Four Points properties because they are underwhelming at times. I found this one to be great--and I will certainly return in the future.
The location is great near the freeway and several food options nearby.
